I personally have abstained from masturbation pretty much completely during PE. I’ve drunk the “don’t let it turtle” kool-aid, and the way it works for me is that after about a week of not orgasming, I’m hard half the day. For Jelquing and clamping, I find it’s much easier to get it up at a moment’s notice when I’m orgasm-deprived and horny as hell. Completely anecdotally, I have heard that testosterone decreases when you come, but again, no real evidence for that claim. At the end of the day, for me, it’s kind of just a fun extra challenge that I like to believe might be helping.

Could to much Masturbation or Sex give inaccurate measurements

So on the first of April i measured and i was 14cm and i did this a few times i believe the day after as well and i was 14cm. On May 1st i was 15cm , but yesterday i measured and i was like 13.5 - 14cm then couple hours later i watched porn and i was 14.5 ish and my only guess is that ejaculating to much would not make the penis not as hard and strong as it should. I believe i don’t have the best blood flow i need to start working out again , should i not ejaculate for say 72hrs before a do a measurement.

Is it OK to ejaculate after JelqingPE

I heard of the 3-4 hour rule but I also heard that if you lose the erection and you go soft then Its OK to get hard again and rub one out.

Whats your thoughts.

Possibly, don’t do that on your workout days, can lead you to overtrain.

From my observation its not working good for me.

Does it influence PE after all i guess so my penis does feel a little more fatigue.

Might imply longer regeneration is needed.

Might sound like bully but it is my observation nothing that i will stick with in everywhere this question appears.

It doesn’t affect me too much. But I’ve been doing this on and off for years. :)

I try not to ejaculate after workouts. Well atleast wait a few hours after. I’ve tried both ways and found that it puts too much stress which is overtraining. To each their own I guess.

I feel like I have let myself down if I jerk off after PE, unless its just before bed, then I rekon its ok!

Edging (stroking yourself to full erection for a extended period) is usually encouraged after a routine. Doing it through sex is even more fun IMHO.

I usually masturbates only at the rest days, and only masturbates once, and don’t do a long session, try to be quick as possible
