On the topic of chemically induced erections, I’ll share my experience with PGE1 in detail when I have time in another more appropriate thread. However, long story short, it’s complete shit for PE. The exponential dose increases (I started at 2mcg and ended at 200mcg per shot within a matter of months) and the almost unbearable pain make it terribly impractical at best.

The fact that I needed to consider surgery and be recommended an ultrasound as an overall checkup is a bit more than extra. I ought have been considering it prior but of no concern. This is an important discovery as it was such a significant concern of my own that I could have venous leakage or other issues. I scored well past 100% on this but I can’t say the same for every practitioner. A sample size of 10 veterans 5 years or better would be great if we could get ultrasounds and reports but…one step at a time. I am probably the only ultrasound posted on the net right now.

I did ONE of those priapisms. It was so ridiculously painful I cannot imagine repeatedly doing it. I mean after the first 90 minutes even sex would be out of the question. I’m not sure chemical PE has a great application honestly but thank you for the short breakdown of it.

No. Not really. Interesting hang for a few days and I hit the extender hard trying to catch something but…no, nothing to report.

The problem is opponents of hardcore PE will claim your lack of fibrosis etc is down to your recent P-shot.

Exactly. There are no ultrasound images available of the miraculous healing from the penile fibrosis cases either. At least any of us have ever seen one.

Nor are there documentable cases of fibrocis being cured with PRP either. So, I doubt them saying PRP fixed it when that’s an experimental treatment with no documentable benefit would stick.

Then, there’s no scans of it. Or scans of any PE related penis on the web that I’m aware of.

I believe kingsnake reported PE induced fibrosis that had been diagnosed by a urologist and caused a visible dent in his shaft. However, there’s a good chance that was caused by injections into the CCs. He also didn’t post ultrasound images.

This is the first report of a healthy PEer undergoing any type of imaging that I have read.
