The blend I was using was 60 mcg PGE1, 30mg papaverine, and 2mg phentolamine per ML. Doses of 0.1ml give about 2-1/2 hours, 0.15ml 3-1/2 hours.

TG, with your priapism event I’d bet the doc jacked you up with substantially higher doses than that. Pretty irresponsible really.

He told me he used much lower than the prescribed ultrasound dose. And this guy is sharp. Knows tons. I respected him enough to try the ultrasound with him. I left my old uro who did my skin tag surgery for him.

Additionally, the ultrasound dose and mixture is not the same as a prescription dose and mixture. I asked him about it.

I am interested in getting an ultrasound scan to see if I have any detectable problems. Fact is I hit PE way too hard and have now lost my gains. EQ fine as long as I lay off all but the most gentle PE. Frustrating. I want to get going again. Case in point: Have just been doing newb routine with good effect but then stretching naturally turned into a 15 min dry jelq session which was enough to kill morning wood for 3 days. This morning EQ 85% and will prob return to 95%+ soon but want to heal and start again if possible.

I would like to know if I have fibrosis in my dick. I caused about 0,4” girth gain from hanging with compression hanger and believe it’s fibrosis. EQ after that was great though.

Then I made bad mistake and injected Invicorp full dosage to great working penis and it gave me priapism. Regret that very badly. After 4 hours I was in ER and blood aspirated from dick. And then alpha adrenergic agonist Etilefrine was injected and shortly after erection was gone after 5-6 hours. My priapism was not painful at any point so I believe there was not bad ischeamia. This experience traumatized and freaked me that I have damaged with perfectly working dick that was VERY easily erect just by thought and lasted as long as needed. Now after ~2 years it works ok, but not 100 % as hard and lasting as before.
