I’m convinced now that successful ballooners must have a physical difference in the venous flow than me. I pressed, soft medium and hard, tried the “salute” hand…nothing. I get a little veinier, but when I Kegel hard, I get a slight increase that immediately leaves, totally unable to get any ballooning.
Maybe some guys are exclusively or mostly drained by one vein, the dorsal vein, and others (like me) have additional drainage. It that was the case, you will never find one “sweet spot” maybe several that need to be pressed at the same time.
I can do this with clamping, where I don’t cut off outflow completely, just slow it, I can get slow progressive inflation that gets pretty impressive, but still allows close to normal color to remain.
Too bad I couldn’t get this to work for me, the concept has always intrigued me.
