You can use one hand and get the same results, the thumb on the top of the shaft is the most important bit.

After a while of erect kegelling, the dull stretching pain will be felt everytime you kegel and because you have slightly stretched the tunica the erection seems to feel much harder. Unless you have also been edging it does require stimulation to keep it at its hardest.

I try to aim for this feeling but it usually takes more than 20 minutes of jelquing and kegelling.

Oh boy, this sounds like fun and a nice change to my routine. Kingpole has already given me some more exercises to do and now that I see this one more in depth, I’m going to try it.

I’m thinking of even changing up my routine to do more of one thing one day, versus spreading it out over one workout. Meaning: One day, wet jelqs and edging, another day stretching and erect kegels. Almost like, back and bi’s, chest and tris, shoulders and traps. Do any of you guys try this? I might even try some 5 minute shower routines here and there. Keep the workouts fun and exciting.I’m already starting to feel bored.

Does anyone know a good way to work toward holding off kegelling or involuntary pc clenching during sex. i.e. to help last longer.

Does doing erect kegels contribute anything to solving this?
I’ve been struggling with this for a while and though I know this question belongs in the sexual health forum it seems like an appropriate topic.

This may be the key number 6 or is it number 7? To start gains up again especially for those who have stubborn cocks.

I have a slight modification to this that might help some of you.

I use a cord to apply the pressure to the top of the penis.

Once I get a good boner, I drop a cord (clothes line or similar)over the top of my cock down toward the pelvic bone resting on the dorsal vein.

I pull the two ends of the cord between my legs and sit on them.

You will notice you penis veins becoming much more defined and every time you kegel, your head swells, it does not return fully back to it’s regular size right away, as you keep kegeling it just seems to keep getting bigger and bigger.

Continue to kegel and you will be surprised how big it will get.

The cord material is something you need to experiment with but I like the nylon (soft) 1/4 dia stuff you can get at any hardware store.

The best part of this is that you now have both hands free to make sure you stay erect and you can type quicker while doing erect kegels using this method.


Sometime in 2005: Bpel 5.7, eg 4.3: 7/15/07 bpel=6.1, eg 4.6

Now bpel 6.50, eg 5.30 bpfsl 6.50

Goal bpel 7.0 - 7.5, eg 5.5

Kingpole, I was just wondering about your erect kegel routine- How many you do, how long you hold for, and if u lift weighted items , e.g., a towel with your unit. And also how many times a week/session. Thanks a ton
