Erections too strong to PE

Hello all, long time…

I’ve been away from PE for awhile… However, Recently, I restarted PE a month ago… Saw some intial gains after about 2 weeks and things were looking nice…

However, I had to take a week and a half off for vacation purposes… I did absolutely no PE during that period… My initial gain results went away, as i expected…

However, i recently tried to restart PE, but I cannot due to my erections being too strong for PE… I cannot acheive a 60-80% erections without my penis becomming too hard… Its hard to describe, but if i barely get an erection, my penis still feels rock hard, even if it isnt at a 100% erection…

What i need to know is, how can i get that 60-80% erection “softness” back, and lose the super hard erection i sport now….?

its like the side vessels/veins (the 2 ones on each side) have become so tuff, its hard for them to expand like they would when i first started PE 3 weeks ago…

Hmm, do you stretch before jelqing and have a good warmup? That usually makes my 40%-80% erections softer.

NO, i dont warmup at all usually…,. stretching usually causes erections so im avoiding that….. Maybe i should wrap?

Er… dare I say either you have a penile implant or your 40-80% erections are your 100% erections!!

I think the OP is right about it. 40-80%(let’s say 3-4 cm below BPEL) can be almost as rock hard as 100% erection(BPEL).

I would try a warm up with a hot towel. Just keep working with it until you get it right.

Sheesh!! Good thing I’ve already fit in my two workouts for the day…

OP: definitely warm up. Basically it’s about teaching yourself that this kind of touching isn’t of a sexual nature, it’s about work. Try doing a bunch of kegels when you feel yourself getting too hard. A few good, hard kegels will usually cause erections to subside a little (or a lot depending on who you are and how many you do).

I would agree with the bean here. I stretch before I jelq and do a hot-water cup warmup after the stretch. Both are a great way to prepare your penis for the workout. I suggest that you get used to stretching.

As always, I recommend an Algebra book for a short warm-up. Read about matrix inversion, Hilbert spaces, or other hot topics :D

Sometimes I get hard as the OP said, even at 40-80% erection, which makes jelking difficult.

Maybe I misunderstand your problem, so a clarification is needed.

From the Wiki:
“Penile erection is a physiological phenomenon where the penis becomes enlarged and firm”

What do you mean by 40-60-80% erection, if there is already a firmness corresponding to 100% erection?
I know how it is 100% enlargement without 100% firmness, but the opposite is beyond my comprehension. Do you mean for example 40% enlargement and 100% firmness?! Seems impossible to me…

What I mean by %, I don’t refer to the hardness, but just as the OP said, % is here, about the length of the penis till it reaches maximum length(BPEL)
