It is highly unlikely that your body would not have broken down and dissolved a clot in a lot less than 4 years. It’s more likely that you have developed some scar tissue in the vein, which you may be able to break down a bit with some massage (not too vigorous for too long - you don’t want to create lots of inflammation), but you are unlikely to totally get rid of it. Its for shure a thrombosed vein, as it was diagnosed by an angiologist. And its the dorsal vein which is a lot thicker and can’t really be confused with a clogged lymph vessel.

I took up jelqing again about one month ago, starting really slow. 2 days on then 1 day rest. Started with 5 jelqs, then every two day session I added 5 jelqs. I got to 15 jelqs only in about ten days. Proper 5 to 10 minutes warmup and warm down every time. I haven’t had and problem with my thrombosis ( I was also tying to avoid that area ) but I was experiencing deep ache in my penis and in my abdominal area, daily. So I decided to rest. I had 1 week holiday abroad at the time so I had to stop PE anyway, but for the whole time on holiday and for a further couple of weeks I still had this worrying ache. I decided to go to a “doctor” because I was worried that I had caused a deep vein thrombosis in my deep dorsal vein. The “doctor” reassured me that that couldn’t happen, and that it would be visible. So I felt better, and canceled my RDV to see my angiologist to get that checked.

But in fact I’m still wondering if that doctor was just talking rubbish as lots of them do I’m sorry to say. I might take that RDV anyway.

EQ is not too good at the moment but I am predicting that it is psychological. Its true its hard to compare EQ to before without having taken notes of anything. But I am under the impression my penis isnt getting as hard as it used to.

I am so tempted to try PE again, but my conscience ( and the doctor ) says stop doing that its stupid, you’ll hurt yourself and if might not even work! ( The doctor says it doesent work but what does he know? He’d never seen a thrombosis in a penis before ).

I thought maybe Erosets oil may be the thing I need, apparently having such sensitive veins.

Conclusion I think I should go see that angiologist to check that my deep dorsal vein is fine first.

Good idea.

I think fairly large doses of vitamin C will do more for your vein health than EVO, but there’s no harm in trying it if you feel it may help.

What do you call fairly large doses of Vitamin C? 1000mg? Daily? Do you think Aspirin could help? If I have understood correctly from various posts, as I have had this thrombosis for 4 years, its a matter of dissolving scare tissue, not helping the thrombosis to heal, because the healing is already done? I also read about using DMSO and iodine.. But it seems that its a bit experimental..

My EQ isn’t at its best a the moment, the glans has trouble getting hard.. I have to kegel in order to get a full head, and its not always possible! I can’t even remember if that was the case for me before my first injury. ( Should have kept notes on EQ )It makes me want to just get better and keep away from PE to be honest. I have been very careful with warming up, light pressure Jelqing, very short sessions.. And still seems to do me harm. Maybe hanging would be better for me, as it doesn’t involve touching the veins? Would that do anything for girth? What are the main risks of hanging? Death of glans?!

If you have weak veins, 1000mg vit C a dat is a good idea for you. Even a day or 2 a week at 2 - 3000mg would be a good idea.

You can’t dissolve scar tissue. You can only soften it and help to break down cross linkages within it by using deep friction massage. However, if you have veins that are susceptible to injury this may not be a good idea for you.

Most people’s glans doesn’t get full until very close to orgasm. That’s quite normal.

If light PE is causing you problems, I wouldn’t recommend hanging, as most attachment methods for hangers are quite tough on the tissues of the penis.

I’d like to mix an oil but how about sandalwood, lavender, olive, Rosemary and almond combo?

When you say tissues of the penis do you mean the skin? I think I have fragile veins, not skin.. The past few days I’ve had good EQ. Its probably psychological. I daily drink ginger tea and recently I add a good amount of freshly ground black pepper.. Love the taste! I’m not sure it does much or if its safe even, but I did read somewhere that it helped with erections. Has anyone heard this of pepper?

I can’t seem to find any full explanations on hanging on this website. Information like whether to warm up before hanging.. And how much they work for erect length and girth.. And how long it takes.

Ok I didn’t realize the amount of weight used.2.5llbs minimum sounds allot to me! Do you think extending devices are safer? Do they extend with less pressure but for a longer time period? The fact is I am looking for the lowest injury risk method, which I suppose you would tell me is normal jelqing?

Do you think extending devices are safer? Yes. But I would avoid ‘noose’ style attachment methods.

I’ve been to see a angiologue, (vein specialist), not the same one I had seen 4 years ago as he has retired now, thank god! This one was a lot better. Apparently everything is fine, and he said that by the way, that thrombosed vein that was diagnosed as a thrombosed dorsal vein by the old retired angiologue, is in fact a fibrosis not a thrombosis, and not even the dorsal vein! He says that the dorsal vein is in fact on the underside of the penis! I was apparently looking at a cross section diagram of the penis in the wrong way. Upside down basically.
He seemed that he wasn’t too bothered about the whole jelqing thing, didn’t put it down at all. He didn’t recommend it but then no doctor will. Apparently there are not really any deep veins in the penis, but on diagrams there is a deep dorsal vein, but I think he said that it is located really near the base of the shaft.
So will take up light jelqing again soon.
My last routine (which gave me aching sensations around my abdomen and penis shaft) was very light indeed, but I will try that again with longer rest periods. It was the following:

First 2 days 5-10 min warmup (hot cloth) 5 wet jelqs light pressure
One day rest
Next 2 days the same, then rest 1 or 2 days
Then 10 jelqs, same rest
Another 10, same rest

I only got to 10 and stuck to that.
Do you think jelqing that little, plus adding more rest periods would ever make a difference? Or is it a waste of time? Maybe lighter jelqing sessions could lead to more gains if the penis isn’t always concentrating on repairing injuries?

I was just wondering if anyone has used this oil say twice a day for long periods of time? Could there be any negative effects? I’ve noticed larger flaccid hang for sure and increased girth during erections but I’m not sure if that’s the oil since I’ve also been jelwing and stretching.

I added copiaba basam, black cumin, vitamin E and vitamin D3 oil using castor oil and coconut oil as the carrier.
