Ever wish you hadn't found out about PE?

Don’t get me wrong, the fact that I can make my dick bigger is awesome and I wouldn’t lose that knowledge given the choice, but PE can get extremely repetitive. Some times, I just don’t feel like doing it. Anyone else feel the same way?

I never was concerned about my size until I started to realize I can male it bigger now I feel like I’m on a mission. Everything I see now with some girth or length I start thinking to myself yeah that would be a nice size. I caught myself measuring a can of air Freshener the other day and thinking to myself this what I want in a few years.

I actually wish I never found out about the internet until later in life.

The internet screwed with my perception of penis size, women and relationships as well destroying my enjoyment for sports.

Not a day goes by I don’t appreciate penis enlargement or bodybuilding. When either gets boring and repetitive I know it’s time to go back to the drawing board, except for my routines I use a lot of BB techniques to encourage new growth. I utilize everything from sets and reps, less or more rest, super sets, drop sets, giant sets, pyramids, 21s or partial reps then full reps, lactic acid resistance training, resistance for kegels, HIIT for pumping sets…. *deep breath*, banded pumping, cock ring jelqs, holds and squeezes, sectional dry jelqs, head jelqs, head stretches, normal wet jelqs, wet jelqs with palm facing left or right, up-side down jelqs, and the list foes on and on!

Don’t bring your argument to the table about the penis not being a muscle and how bodybuilding isn’t the same. Of course it’s not the same, but there are similarities such as the muscle-like function of veins to inflate and deflate, training the PC to contract harder during orgasm, and expanding the CC so it can hold more water over time. And let’s not forget all the wonderful hormones your body produces with strenuous exercise from pe that benefits you body and mind.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad I found this site. I always accepted what I had and made it work when I didn’t think some time and dedication can get me bigger. I’m always looking for ways to better myself and be all I can be. I like setting goals and accomplishing them and what better goal than a bigger dick.

Are you sure you didn’t hit your head? Where did this argument come from? ;)

Anyway. I’m glad I found PE as it gave me a clearer perspective on the taboo subject of penis size, how other peoples lives are affected by it and how they deal with it.

This kind of stuff fascinates me.

Sometimes. When I was a kid, my dad told me that all guys are about the same size erect even though they vary greatly when limp. I believed him for years and actually didn’t worry about my penis.

It wasn’t until I learned about how guys really are different sizes that I started to get a little complex.

In the end, I’m glad I found PE and true penis size data, but there are times when I wish I could go back to being naive.

Going to gym can be extremely repetitive and boring,but every body knows it’s worth the pain :)

3. Guys usually argue that pe is not BB everytime I say they are similar. I used to agree but every time I tried to find evidence to back them up I was met with interesting findings. Mainly how the same hormones and chemical reactions are stimulated naturally through manual pe and help with growth. Like how…. a little epinephrine gives the boost for motivation. Lactic acid from shorter rests stimulates NO2, Testosterone, and HGH. Squeezes and clamping force more blood through the CC in a bottleneck and expand the areas fore and aft of the tournquet, like how tourniquet training does on the arms and and legs. Blood vessels atrophy within 6-8hrs naturaly through healing and inflammation, but the recovery doesn’t start until everything gets a chance to rest; although it’s well known that lighter routines for recovery help with blood flow and girth. Fasted training or 3-4hrs without food helps with blood flow (actual study with Viagra givn to pigs). And I suspect amino acids and EFAs play a greater role in PE than we know, however not enough to supplement with for greater effect….. maybe a good cause for taking both for fitness and strength and a secondary benefit.
