Not a day goes by I don’t appreciate penis enlargement or bodybuilding. When either gets boring and repetitive I know it’s time to go back to the drawing board, except for my routines I use a lot of BB techniques to encourage new growth. I utilize everything from sets and reps, less or more rest, super sets, drop sets, giant sets, pyramids, 21s or partial reps then full reps, lactic acid resistance training, resistance for kegels, HIIT for pumping sets…. *deep breath*, banded pumping, cock ring jelqs, holds and squeezes, sectional dry jelqs, head jelqs, head stretches, normal wet jelqs, wet jelqs with palm facing left or right, up-side down jelqs, and the list foes on and on!
Don’t bring your argument to the table about the penis not being a muscle and how bodybuilding isn’t the same. Of course it’s not the same, but there are similarities such as the muscle-like function of veins to inflate and deflate, training the PC to contract harder during orgasm, and expanding the CC so it can hold more water over time. And let’s not forget all the wonderful hormones your body produces with strenuous exercise from pe that benefits you body and mind.
