Did it this am. Whoa!! The lateral expansion was crazy!! Can see the potential for definite width gains!! My unit was so thick!

Take care, this is a rather extreme routine with potential danger for veins, particularly at the beginning. Don’t repeat it before the next weekend.

If you were to upload the photos of you in ation the number would be much higher. Good for a visual too before I try it. Great idea.

Good question, I think it depends on your age. I’m over 50, and the CR helps a lot. Could be that young men can make without it. However i think that the bends and Sadsak exercises are much more effective with a CRing anyway !

MK9, You state that you have gained 2 1/2+ inches over a ten year period. Do you think you could have made these gains over a three year period? The reason I ask is because that is what I’m trying to do.

I’m still gaining with this routine, has anyone else tried it in these months ?

Interesting routine MK9!

I like that you have mixed in some good girth combo exercises together like the dry jelq ending up with a sort of horse squeeze.. I like 3- way step part in your routine..
I like to exprimenting and combining with exercises that fits well to each other for even greater results.

Good inspiration & maybe I will have use for this some day.

Hello, yes I’ve tried more frequent sessions, even twice a day, but without any additional gain.
On the opposite, I’ve got really huge at the end of a session when after several days inactivity.
There are also analogies with bodybuilding, where it’s easy to overtrain small muscles (e.g. biceps).

Sounds interesting but I am only about a year into being committed to PE. I hope that some more people try this and respond to this thread. Would,like to know if it works well for someone else as girth seems to be a little harder to gain for me.
