Extreme PE : MK9's Routine

My dry jelq sessions are much like this routine, and yes, it’s very effective.

I do these in between sets of clamping. Expansion is ridiculous.

As the OP said, you must be well conditioned for this. It’s intense!

Just thought I would chime in and say I tried a few sets of these, and yes the expansion is crazy! Sometimes out of no where with these you will suddenly get to the PONR and have to back off. I actually have been doing a few of these at the end of my clamping sets. Instead of using a cock ring i just release the clamp 2 clicks. The lateral(left to right) expansion on these is great! Which makes your cock look much fatter from the top.

One enhancement:

“at about 70-80% erection (it’s very easy to stay erect with a ring on) find a suitable solid surface at your penis level - I use my washing machine - and slide your hand palm on the shaft towards the head, with energy (putting some of your weight). At the end, keep the push still for some 15-20 seconds. Repeat for some reps.”

During this exercise, when you lift it between one rep and the other, KEGEL vigorously. This will optimize the routine.

Hmmmnnnnn, this could be an interesting ‘extreme’ routine.

Yes.. agreed with you!

And I know that jelqing with cockring on is very effective.. more than without cockring on. And doin target other exercises to dubble the jelqing raise the session even more.

But is extreme as said!

Does anyone fully understand the washing machine thing? I don’t get it. Basically you do a jelq and end with your hand right behind your penis head and hold it. Then lean against something to put more force into the jelq? Is that right?

You squeeze the penis against the washing machine, use part of your weight and slide the hand to the head. Once you reach beneath the area beneath the head you hold the squeeze for 20 secs.

Ok, so the washing machine is there to add more force to the jelq?

You wear a cockring and then using any flat surface at a comfortable height ( not necessarily a washing machine ) you put your dick on it and then press down with the heel of your hand starting at the base and moving upwards.
Like the rolling pin exersise.

Hmm no that’s not what I was thinking at all… I don’t think it’s supposed to be like the rolling pin exercise.

I THINK he was saying basically do a really hard jelq and then hold it at the end with your hand right behind your head. Then lean against something, which will create a crushing force between the hard object and your hand (basically compressing the penis shaft between the washing machine and your hand).

You’re thinking of something like clamped wall presses, not what he’s talking about.
Re-read the first post, it’s pretty clear.

Based on this guy’s picture size though I’m not sure how believable his gains are. He claimed to have gotten to 10 x 6.5 inches, yet refused to post picture proof.

It’s the same for everyone here, I don’t believe the very vast majority of members (and don’t find it important) but still may use their ideas . The best answer to your question is to give it a try. Even if one guy gets great gains from a particular schedule or exercise it does not mean you will, otherwise I’d be long gone with a third leg in between the original two.

Well the washing machine thing doesn’t seem like anything special. I’ve done the rolling pin exercise - while clamped even - and didn’t gain from it, so I’m not sure how that would work for me. I’ll give it a shot though.

I like what I originally thought it was (leaning against something to increase the load on the penis)… I’m gonna try that out. I think you could get a super powerful jelq out of that. Also the stretching around a tube is worth a shot.
