Very Interesting.

It is very simple actually. Look at the pics: you take a) two wood (or metal or any rigid material you like) sticks; mines came from a broken chair; b) a inner bycicle tire; c) small plastic clamps (don’t know their name in English, but anyone has seen them I suppose). Cut a two pieces from the tire, than cut those pieces length wise; roll them around the stiks; from the intact tire cut many small circles. Use the small pieces to fix the big ones around the sticks; than, place a couple of the small rubber circles at one end of the sticks, clamping them together. Put your penis inside the sticks and close the open end with other small circles; now you tighten the sticks fixing the two ends with the small plastic clamps. Done, you have just to attach the weight. The last pic shows how the harness looks like.

There are way more fancy and fashion-style AFB hanger models on this forum, this one worked fine for me and I’m a lazy man (beside that, I’m not handyman at all).

Those plastic clamps are called ‘zip ties’ in the US and ‘cable ties’ in the UK.

Not that I have any intention of doing this, but just to properly understand it, are you talking about attaching the said hanger toward the base of the shaft with enough weight so that it gradually slides down the shaft until it reaches a point where it has so much blood trapped in the shaft that it sticks there and hangs at that point? I am picturing the device reaching a point where it basically has a clamp going on at the same time as it’s hanging.

The fulcrum flaccid flattening for girth is very interesting.

Depending on the weight and shape of your penis, it will slide down more or less. The expansion will be extreme and will be foremostly targeting the TA.

Great thread. So do fulcrum stretches target girth and length at the same time? I always wondered about Fulcrum stretches hitting girth because my unit spreads really wide across the cylinder I use.

Actually, there was a mistake in that sentence: it should be ‘couldn’t give’ - so they can target both lenght and girth, but for most of people more girth than length I think, expecially if the fulcrum is very thick.

No Problem, This is very interesting. Bennett8 got good length gains from v-stretches but I agree I could see more girth gains happening for fulcrums.

marinera, thank you for your response and your pics of the device. I must say, that routine is very extreme and I personally would never attempt it, but in the same breath,
a lot of members would have never attempted clamping or hanging when those exercises introduced. So do you have a name for this exercise.

The exercise is extreme, but a lot depends on the weight one is going to use; I think the maximal weight is the most efficient because I thought to this approach as a ‘last resort routine’: if nothing else has worked or is working anymore, try this, kinda a shock routine. But if one hangs with low weight the danger is relatively low.

I think there are more dangerous exercises than this, like erect bends and horses440.

I too find the concept of flaccid stretching for girth very interesting. :)

Another thing to clarify: why an AFB hanger? This will be very simple: it doesn’ cut blood flow, it doesn’t put pressure on the urethra. The ‘secret’ is to tighten less the ends of the sticks pointing back than the ends pointing ahead. I’ve done sets longer than 35 minutes with this hanger, no darkening of the glans or other signs of reduced oxygenation. You’ll have to experiment a bit to learn the proper use, of course.

Good job mari, you have changed your mind. Before your interest was only to increase your lenght now you want more girth. You’ll reach navarrho for girth but with a quarter of meter.:D
