Extreme PE : Routine For Girth

Yes Ironaddict, I’m here, I’m hearing, although sometimes replying requires more time. :)

What would you recommend for me at this point for my flaccid goals and my CC width increasing?

For width expansion, I’d give a try to the routine outlined here, being VERY cautiously, starting with a low weight for ‘weighted squeezes’ and leaving out the cock ring while sleeping for the first couple of weeks. As said, jelq alike exercises and fulcrum downward stretches over a very thick fulcrum are the sole techniques that seem to give a significative increase in girth, other exercises seems to increase mostly the CS volume.

About the flaccid size, it is mostly influenced by two factors: a) how relaxed your smooth muscles are; b) how elastic your tunica is. The second factor changes only temporarily though, for example after having worn an extender consistently for several weeks the flaccid lenght is longer, but after a while the tunica gets back its elasticity and the permanent increase isn’t noticeable. Two brief pumping sessions at mild pressure through the day can increase a lot the flaccid hang; I wouldn’t bet the permanent increase in erect size would be much if not after several months though.

Anyone have results yet? Anyone actually try yet?

marinera what would be your recommendations for a fulcrum based routine for girth only. no pumps no cock rings no weights just hands and a big cylinder.

I think any routine for girth should have a part devoted to jelqing (I could say any routine, for girth or lenght or both); as for the most productive fulcrum stretches, A and V stretches over a thick fulcrum and spiral stretches for about 20 minutes total per working day should be ideal for most of advanced PEers; as for frequency, I would start with a 1 on/1 off. I think this regimen will give harder nocturnal erections, something to take advantage of wearing a rigid cock ring (not tight, just slightly smaller than BEG) while sleeping - the sole kind of PE that can be done while sleeping IMHO (and only if you are experienced).

marinera what part of the tunica do v-stretches work they are much harder to perform then an a-stretch or inverted v-stretch ? Thank you for your advice. To all other readers I’m just doing a hands only routine for girth not the other hardcore parts of marinera routine.

V-stretches tend to focus pretty much on the same part of the penis as A-stretches, the difference in the target area isn’t noticeable but neverthless there is a bit more focus on the ventral side; although they can be hard to perform have the advantage that no direct stress is put on the urethra.

Side note: when I’ll have time I’ll make a thread with some hints about manual stretching, mostly to perform them in a less fatiguing way for arms and hands. I have not much time right now though.

-How wearing a cock ring helps in gaining girth? Is it girth exercises itself?

The only concept I have is that can cause minimal engorgement that can cause enlargement. Is Your idea same as this (ENHANCE YOUR PUMPED/UNPUMPED BULGE - THE VELCRO WRAP)?

-By downward fulcrum stretches You mean regular v-stretch or inverted v (or A-stretch)? I got missed here which is what.

As for girth gains from fulcrum stretching: they got potential. Visually, I got bigger by doing almost only inverted-v stretch in girth.

Thanks for sharing that routine, even if I prefer regular dry jelqing(U-, not OK grip!) and stretch over cream pot.

So it is a A-stretch over a very thick fulcrum. V stretches could be useful for girth too, although maybe less than A-stretches.

I suggest wearing a cock-ring while sleeping. When you sleep you have powrful erections; wearing a cock ring while sleeping will work as long clamping sessions or, if you prefer, edging with a cock ring sessions. This is the sole PE exercise you can perform while sleeping, if you are experienced and cautious. So it is a different idea than the Velcro thing, which is wearing a cock ring while flaccid.

I recommend a U or C grip with dry jelqs too; the AFB hager act as U grip actually.

Smart, but dangerous idea for not-so-expierenced PE-ers.

Thanks for clarify most of things, but one is still unknown: is edging with a cock ring considered as PE? Is it some kind of light clamping?

Sometimes I do something between ballooning and edging with hair tie around base of shaft and feel the expansion, but is it enough to promote growth?

If you are even just 1% bigger (neat of fluid build up) with the cock ring on, there is enough stress to cause growth IMHO. The growth will be noticeable only over time and probably the stress should become higher at one point, but this is another story.

That’s why I like this forum… Something got really simple when experienced person describes it.

The expansion You talk about is quite good- increase in about 0,5cm in midshaft girth after 5mins of ballooning/edging with my “cock ring”.

If the hair tie is elastic, I would suggest you replace it with a metallic cock ring. Hard rubber could also go, but metal should be the first choice.
