It weighted jelqs, but jelqing isn’t mentioned in the description. I guess marinera meant you hang and then jelq while hanging? Doesn’t seem like that would work too well.

I’m going to give the fulcrum stretches a shot, although I feel like it will be hard to feel a good stretch with that thick a tube.

The hanger makes the jelq by moving up the shaft.

To mariners from black man I have doing PE now for about two years now first time talking to anyone. First let me say love your thread about the fulcrum stretching exercise very extreme but love it I would love if you could send me a video of how to make the device. I would love to try it out. I am looking for length and girth but more girth will be better for me. You say the V stretch will give you more girth. I don’t have any pump right now so clamping hanging and jelqers that’s all I do right now. So please a video of that homemade hanger will be perfect for me. If you need my G mail address let me no please. Again love the thread keep up the great work and thanks for all the information. Love it man

Ok so I see I’ve replied in this thread earlier but never gave this a shot. I still don’t understand how to do 1) A.

As Walter said above the hanger makes the jelq by moving up the shaft. But imarinera doesn’t mention any jelqing in his description of it… it just seems like hanging from the base?? And if there is jelqing then how is hanging the weight helping? Why not just flaccid jelq by hand?

I am going to do a peel discolouration treatment and then start on this ASAP.
