Fat Pad.

Fat Pad.

Okay I’ve desided I have quite a fat pad above my cock. This is pretty much the only place I have fat on my body. Does anyone have any natural or physical ways of removing this, without any suppliments or lypo based things? If so PM me or Post here, thanks.

I am with you on this. The only way to get rid of that ugly fat pad is to do cardiovascular such as, bike riding, swimming, running.Anything that involves the legs will effectively target the fat pad. And modify your eating habits.But do not starve yourself. This is what I have been doing for the past three months and I have already seen a reduction in the fat pad.

I currently do about 45-60 minutes of cardio four to five days a week. It is really about sweating. But when you say exercises what does it consist of? I say this because before I started with the cardiovascular workouts I was serious with working out with weights and although I would do leg workouts twice a week that did nothing for my fat pad this was just not enough to do the trick. I would say four to five days a week atleast 30 minutes per session on the treadmill or stationary bike maybe jump roping for five or ten minutes during or after your workouts and will see results.

I do alot of things, biking, jogging, Football season is now over. But I think I’ll do the tred and skipping idea.

Partyman, if you have very little body fat and yet still have a prominent fat pad, I think you are SOL — Shit Outta Luck. If that is where you store a lot of fat, and you are thin otherwise, yeah, losing more weight would eliminate it. But it will probably be the last place you lose it, and you will be a human skeleton everwhere else by the time you shrinkify it. In short, not worth it.

I believe for some thin people with big fat pads, lipo is probably the only way.

How many caloiries do you burn a day? Try to burn 3000 and your fat pad will disappear fast. But 60 minutes of cardio won’t be enough.

I do 60 to 120 minutes of cardo a day seven days a week run/walk 8 miles a day with 2LBs of lead on my dick, and I still have a considerable fat pad. It is the last to go.

Anybody ever realize that the fat pad is for the protection and enjoyment of our women. If we all had skin and bone I bet they would complain about being beaten up during sex. That fat pad is necessary to prevent abuse of a clitoris. At least for short guys. LOL

Right on Monty. Some benefit to the fat pad indeed, but mine’s more like a fat pillow and all the dieting and exercise won’t get rid of it. Heard on the Stern Show a while back that there’s a doctor in Phila that’ll do lipo in the pubic area - I’m sure he’s not the only one and it’s probably commonplace plastic surgery. So, if you’ve got an extra few thousand, that may be the only way to go.

Think I’ll just continue to stretch, pull, hang and pump my way to overcome the fat pad’s influence (while shedding some body fat as well)
