I was going to say a pump or clamp, but really I started with my hands and I always go back to strictly using them. PE tools will never take the place of strong hands, wrists, and forearms when you need something that just has to work quickly.

Would have to say pump an my hands. Kinda awkward haven a extender are a hanger down there for hours at a time. An a clamp ” there great ,they just drain my EQ so I don’t use them no more.
