Feeling inadequate about Girth
I have been at it for two months and have been fairly happy with my gains so far (this stuff actually works!!!) Here are my stats:
Starting (Dec 1st, 2003):
6.693” BPEL x 4.5” EG (pushing the ruler hard into the bone)
NBPL Around 6” maybe a little more
Current:
7.280” BPEL X 4.5” EG
Routine for 1st month:
5 minute warmup
10 x 30 seconds stretches (outwards)
10 minutes of 2 second jelqs (between 60-80% erect)
5 days on, 2 off
Routine for Second Month:
5 minute warmup
5 x 1 minute stretches (outwards)
10 minutes of 2 second jelqs (between 60-80% erect)
5 x 30 second ULIs w/ 90-95% erection level
I have read that it will be harder to gain length if I gain girth first. However, considering I am below average in the girth department I feel very skinny at 4.5”. So I think my plan of attack will be to keep up with a basic stretching routine, but concentrate primarly on girth until I hit the magic 5, and then go back to length. Once I hit 5” in EG I can feel normal.
What would you guys suggestion for a routine?
I am thinking some basic stretches in the AM.
then a PM workout of
warmup
10 minutes jelq
10 x 1 minute ULIs
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
