I finally reached 1” in length from 5.7 to 6.7, but as you can see from my stat

That I just gained 1 cm in girth, which is not much.

Maybe my girth stopped increase because I didn’t consistently jelqed at the end of February, before that time
I jelqed 5x week 20-30 min and later on just 2-3 in a week.

I would probably gained the 1” two months earlier but from the end of June I had a long vacation and in that 5 weeks (with no PE) I lost
0.4 to 0.5 cm (from ca.16.6 to 16.2cm) but when I began PE from the August I gained that back in less that to weeks.

Now I’m planing to go back to my (old and hard) routine with 20-25 min of manual stretching in different directions
And 25 to 30 min of jelqing 5 times a week, just to see if the jelqing will again rise the girth nr.

What do you guys think?, is my gaining normal, because I have the impression that quite a few here gains an inch much faster.

I think you should be jumping for joy - 1” in length and 1cm of girth in just a year? There are guys on here that would kill for half of that result. I think it’s pretty normal to have the propensity to gain more in one or other dimension rather than both equally.

Ares, congrats on you gains. But you should be happy with what you gained in girth. Girth and length not usually come the same way. Girth is usually less in coming.

The stats indicate .2” rather than 1cm. 1cm is about .4”. Just thought I’d clarify that.

If you want girth, why don’t you try other stretching, ulis etc and clamping?

Well done on your recent gains they are great, do not worry too much about what other people gain or not because you must remember that our bodies are different. Some of us will gain quicker than other while some of the slower gainers maybe end up even gaining more overall. My dick has barely grown in a year and its only recently that I have gained a 0.25 ” n length and girth gains only come bit by bit but are coming along. You are doing well keep at it and monitor you unit to make sure it is healthy. Ares88 you gaining is normal and you probably have more gains to go just keep at it mate.

Those are great gains, you should be very happy. :)

If you think that you can PE for the rest of your life and record gains in length are about 5” and in girth around 2” (5.08 cm.) you should be very happy that you’ve reached 1/5 of RECORD GAINS in just one year. ^^

Gaining is certainly possible, I had my doubt in the beginning.

I’ll try to do my routine with more jelqing (5x week 25-30 min) in 2 months (ink stretching 20 min), and see if there’s some effective results. (Goal 0.5-0.7 cm more in girth) if less than 0.5 cm in girth I’ll ask you guys for some great techniques for girth (uli etc.)
