My goal is to gain as much length as quickly as possible. Would fowfering for 2 hours a day or to using the static stretcher for 2 hours a day gain the most length the quickest?

Neither will bring you quick gains. You are going about this totally wrong.

If you want length I think every one will agree hanging weights and ADS would be the best way to get length as for the static stretcher I have it love it and can wear it uninterrupted for 4 hour at a time, plus I use the static wrap when I am not at home.

Allot of guys have had good results from wrapping after they do there jelqing hanging or what ever your workout is this so the penis never gets to turtle back and can heal in its extended state. keeping it wrapped seems to have increased flaccid length in just a matter of two weeks.

This is written under the assumption that you are a newbie despite your membership date- if you have PE experience that you haven’t shared then everything might change.

1— go hit the newbie routine as written— click through the links in my sig.

2— fowfers v ADS is a false dichotomy- they aren’t mutually exclusive.
—-2a- fowfers are free/ stretchers cost— why not start free and then invest once you’ve done more research

3— hanging will probably be the eventual method— but it requires private time to perform. Go to the hangers’ forum for more info.

1) I am quite a noob to PE and am trying the newbie routine. I want to add an additional exercise for when I am reading, watching tv, surfing the internet, etc. I thought that the two would be similar because both can generate moderate levels of stretching for extended periods of time. I am not sure how they are not mutually exclusive though, unless each exercise affects a different part of the penis.

2) I actually already own a heavy duty static stretcher, but it gradually slips off as stretching time goes on and is sometimes down right uncomfortable. I am willing to use the thing if the benefits are worth it.

3) I would go for the shorter and intenser work out of hanging, but the various devices I have tried are either uncomfortable or leave my glans cold and dark looking. The later is quite scary and I would prefer that blood not be deprived from a certain body part quite dear to me. I have done a bit of research and the captain’s wench was uncomfortable due to the plastic parts squeezing the penis while resting on the glans and even the legendary bib hanger seems like it will restrict circulation. What is your personal way of hanging? Perhaps it will shed some light on a better method.

I use the grip and i works great i hang 8 lbs once to twice per day for an hr each but i would order monkeybars connection sleeves the blue ones they are great and they don’t tear like the ones the send with the system.
