Gains during decondition breaks

So how long do you guys take off for decondition? I’ve been at PE for a little now and haven’t taken one yet. Although about 3 months in I took probably a 2-4 week break to reset myself then started again. For awhile I was trying to do 5 days on 2 off with my pump and found out that’s not a good idea so I’ve since then changed to more of a manual stretching and jelqing routine with a little bit of pump use sometime. I’ve made gains as of lately the past few weeks. Even my girlfriend noticed and she has such a confused look when I stuck it in but didn’t say anything until later.

I notice my new routine working a lot better as I can see and feel bigger how long would you guys recommend taking off

Depends. I personally take 1 week off every 6 weeks. Then a month or more after 5 or 6 months or so.

Other theories abound and xenolith has what appears to be an excellent schedule to his PE that includes months off as well.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Thanks for the input TG. I think I’m going to take a week off in one of the next few weeks. I kinda wanna wait at least this week and probably next because like I said I’m just about 2 weeks into a new routine and I’ve been noticing really good gains from it.

In your time off whether the week or the month do you still masterbait just for pleasure reasons not PE and sex will still come up for me, just curious what everyone else does with their time off and if beating off on occasion is still fine and won’t hurt any gains.

You are unlikely to cut masturbation out completely. I find it impractical. So I do it less. Also…never…ever put sex off for PE. That’s just ridiculous.

Staring size: NBPEL 8.0 BPEL 8.75 Mseg 4.9 BEG 5.25

Currently 5/17/2016 NBPEL 8.3 MSEG 5.25 BEG 5.7

I have never taken a decondition break as I have only been doing pe for about 4 and a half months. But my routine is basically following my PIs and while I mostly done a 1 on 1 off schedule I have frequently taken 2 days off when I felt like I needed it and sometimes 3. Every time I have taken 3 days off I noticed a gain. These breaks allow full recovery from trauma that you may not know is there. Once it rebuilds itself it is bigger and stronger but not in a way that makes it more resistant to pe.


7-20-16: BP: 7.63 NBP 6.75 x 5.75
