My gains have stopped and somehow decreased a little bit. I usually jelq, I don’t have a set schedule, but I do 7-15 times a month. I also clamp(which I’ve stopped) and I just began doing the sadsak slinky.

Now, I have not gained anything really since September and I seem to have lost my girth gains, as my EG is now barely 5”. It seems fatter and plumper, but when I measure it’s gone down.

I wanted to eventually hit 7 X 6, but now I don’t think thats going to happen, so maybe 7 X 5.5 will be a little bit more realistic. I’ve tried hanging for a year. And after some nice gains after two months of hanging, I gained .2 inches in the next eleven. So this summer I stopped hanging and tried just jelqing and clamping. Since then I haven’t gained anything. I just started doing sadsak slinkys. Like I said I’ve gotten fatter and plumber, but no actual gains.

I’ve been doing PE for 1 year and 3 months. I want a little bit more. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions?

Any help here, I’m kind of at a tough road block.

You have to realize that after about one year your gains will decline precipitously. It is very difficult to show this in scientific terms but most people over 12 months will gain an inch in length and an inch in girth, the percentages of people going beyond this drop significantly.

This does not mean you cannot improve and continue to gain, it just means the gains will much less noticeable than in the past. I stay with PE because I enjoy the exercise and the journey, and I have improved size somewhat but it is more in the health of the penis that is more dramatic than actual size.

You have good size, the journey will probably give you a little more but it will require the patience of Job. If your into measuring——forget it, the increases will be infinitesimal but the good news is that where the penis is concerned, even tiny gains are huge. This probably is not what you want to hear but the penis is not made of clay.

My gains have slowed down to. Maybe you need to take a short break for about a week. Mine seems to bounce back after a break and even grow a little. I am actually wondering if over kill makes it shrink back a little.

You could consider going on a decon break. 6 weeks to 2 months have made it possible for quite a few veterans to gain again.

Say I do take a break, should I do a maintenance routine or something? I like doing PE and don’t really want to stop completely.

From what I’ve seen from reviewing many reports of experiences, women start having trouble with 6” girth, so you may not want more than 5.5 girth. I already went from 5.5 to closer to 5.75 girth, and am now trying to get a bit more length but avoid picking up much more girth so that I don’t start to have too many problems with female partners. At 5.5 girth I think I already tended to have women get sore, which lead to somewhat decreased frequency of sex at times.

This is good advice. And no, do not do any PE while on a decon break.

I too, made pretty good progress the first 12 months or so. Now I’m not gaining very much, and what gains I’ve been making are coming really slowly. I’ve been off work because of a couple of surgeries, and even though I’m not actively gaining, I’m using this time to work on cementing the gains I’ve made. I’ll be back to work in a couple of months, so my opportunities to do serious PE will be severely curtailed. I’ll count the first couple of months back as a decon break.

My gains didn’t really come spread out over the first year. I had like 2 noticeable gains and then another 2-3 smaller gains. If I take a break, when I come back, do I do the same routine as I am doing now, or do I change to something different?

In my opinion, it’s not enough to workout as little as you do.

You said you only do 7-15 PE days a month.

I suggest that you exercise more often than you do now.

You haven’t said whether you used and ADS during the time you were hanging. With only 7-15 days of routine per month you probably have plateau’d. That makes a decon a very good idea.

I’d suggest a 2 month “forget about it” routine. Then when you start again use an ADS between your hanging sessions. Try not to allow any more then 12 hours after hanging before applying an ADS and keep it on as much as possible.

You can get away with 7-15 days of hanging a month but you can’t expect gains without an ADS.
