Anbody tried to do those exercises?(I post it second time because somebody erased it and i don`t even know why)?

The page I found those exercies wasn’t copyrighted so I didn’t know. How can I post those exercises then, because I wanted to know If anybody tried them and did they work for them. Thank you.

No, not even in a forum. Is the link going to a site that is posting someone else’s copyrighted material?? Is it worth getting the owner of that material pissed at us??

Er, you could try describing the exercises in your own words. That would be totally acceptable.

Whose exercises were those? You said some REECE pearson. Does this person still have their website? And if so is it free or not?

Penilefitness is the site I believe. Maybe someone that is a member there can answer whether or not he still has a site. It was a paysite last time I checked.

I`ll just try those exercises on my own for a month and see. I`ll add one of those exercises to my routine. And I’ll see. Thank anyway.
