Nope, surgery talk is just fine here on Thunder’s. The idea upsets a lot of people though, and there have been some angry debates on the subject over the years.

I would never consider surgery. Cost is prohibitive and no personal control over the procedure. It’s fairly easy to pump (with practice, trial and error) to well over 7” girth. If you/your partner wants that much fat cock, then just pump your way there. Throw on stretchy cock rings or harness and you can maintain the engorged look all day.

It feels good, it looks awesome, and you don’t have to take any surgical risks.

How is megaderm used? And who does the procedure properly?

Pretty comprehensive page on Megaderm and its use in penis enlargement —> Home - PROUD UROLOGY CLINIC.

I don’t think Megaderm is used in the U.S., only Alloderm and Surgimend (which might still be on recall). The link above will give you a general idea of how Alloderm is implanted since they are very similar procedures.

If you are looking within the States, you’re only going to find Plastic Surgeons who specialize in penis enlargement who do it properly, due to its invasive & surgical nature. Dr. Victor Liu in the Bay Area would be my personal recommendation (and he uses Alloderm).

Fairly easy to pump to well over 7" girth? WTF?! I’ve seen (read) many people who have been pumping for YEARS AND YEARS and are still nowhere near that size. Especially if you start off at 5" girth (or less). Unless you’re very girthy to begin with, getting to over 7" girth is EXTREMELY rare. Please don’t spread false information.

Start: BPEL 6.7" MSEG 4.8"

Now: BPEL 8.4" MSEG 5.5"

Goal: BPEL 9.0" MSEG 6.0"

I think he’s talking about temporary girth gains through edema. Edema girth is not “true” girth and it is spongy, but adding an extra inch or so does make for a pleasant change for sex.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Actually it’s not false information if you are trained and know what you’re doing. I’ve been pumping for well over ten years and can easily get to 8 inch girth. This is what they have different sizes for pumps for.

With respect my friend, if he/you are saying it’s "fairly easy" to get 7"+ girth, then it is false information… as you say yourself, you’re trained and have been at it OVER 10 YEARS. That certainly doesn’t sound "easy"(!).

Most guys aren’t going to get anywhere near that size - there are a lot of dedicated PE-ers on here who have been pumping for years… VERY few have 7"+ girth, let alone 8".

(personally, I think 7" or 8" girth is far too big anyway… it’s so impractical for actual sex - and forget about anal/BJs 🤷‍♂️)

Get over it; it’s not false information. Adding temp girth is a common objective for many pumpers, with many seeking 1/2” bump. I’d been pumping just a couple years when I realized I could add temp girth. Adding 1/2-1” is pretty easy; 1.5” takes more effort. The larger issue for me is when I’ve intentionally gone to the larger size it takes a day or so to recover from it.

I could have been doing it earlier than 2 years if I was aware of it.

I’m not doubting you can add temporary girth by pumping. But still - pumping to over 7" girth is not going to be "fairly easy" for the vast majority of guys: the average penis girth is 4.6" (meaning a lot of guys will be less than this too)… to pump to over 7" you’ve got to be around 6"+ girth in the first place - or pump for several YEARS (like the guy above). Again, that takes a lot of effort.

I just think using words like "fairly easy" is giving people false information… if others think otherwise, then fine. 👍

Point taken. You’re arguing precision and I’m arguing process.

Fair enough, mate. I just think we need to be very careful when using words like "fairly easy" etc. in PE… it can be very discouraging for under-sized guys or those who are struggling with gains.

Should we just change this topic name from "Girth has been Solved for those in dire need of Circumference in Excess of 1 Inch" to "Girth Has Been Solved for those in Dire Need of 7" Girth"?? lol kidding of course.

Speaking of 7" girth, some men have definitely breached the 7" wall on the PhalloBoards, although personally I wouldn’t recommend it for most guys. Honestly, unless you have a great NBPEL (minimum 7") and large (if not mushroom) penis head, a 7" girth will most likely not look natural or aesthetic for most guys (hate to break it to everyone lol).

And to ease some potentially concerned lurkers amongst these forums — 7" and 8" girths are so exceedingly rare that most of what you read are likely referring to the post-pump edema, an anomalous priapism, or just often times straight up fiction. Even in adult film those kind of girths are almost unicorns. Heck, 6" girth for many is the "gold standard" and those are pretty rare too, so much so that I’m convinced Magnum XL’s are for like 5.5-5.75" girths. That’s because these condom manufacturers know true 6"+ are not widespread enough in the population to justify manufacturing condoms no one’s going to buy (I speak from experience as someone with a base girth of 6.3").

That is to say, suppose you are in the average-ish 4.6" girth… a quarter inch would put you in Magnum territory, and a whole inch into Magnum XL. These absurd mega girths of 7" and 8" are more "fetishly" large than they are practical, and 99.9% of the partners you encounter will never have slept with one.
