Being uncircumcised doesn’t necessarily rule most men out of these procedures (usually at the discretion of the Doctor/Injector), but it is certainly not optimal.

The "accordion effect" is the most common complaint when uncircumcised men go the injectable route. It’s just as it sounds, the skin resembles an accordion when elongated or retracted. These are aesthetic issues, which is why Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is best used if you wish to remain uncut (because it isn’t permanent and can be reversible to some extent).

I know some men who are adamant about retaining their foreskin, and for them I would either (a) not recommend these procedures or (b) go about it very conservatively (small volumes to build a foundation and subsequent appointments to lay brick upon brick). Otherwise, for those who don’t mind, adult circumcision would make the overall process most optimal, at least this is what I’ve gathered over a decade from both doctors & patients alike.
