Girth is impossible for me.

I’ve been PEing for the better part of a year now (time flies). I went from 6.25ish to 8 inches bone pressed. My girth has gone no where. My girth is actually larger when semi-erect but let me tell you that my dick gets hard as a diamond. My glans gets huge and feels like a rock because of all the blood, but I think as it gets harder it stretches so much and makes it thinner.

For girth I:
Jelq, everyday. Not excessively, say 10-15 minutes spread out over a couple baths and free tugging time.
Manual clamp and accessory clamp (basically tieing something around my dick like it were a clamp).
I do squeezes, I have done some bends, Ulis, Horses.. Etc.
Some days I do these girth routines for an hour or more.

I almost always do a routine right after a shower or bath when it’s warmed up.

I’m still Under 5” girth - with 8” length.

I bought 3 medium clamps online and they just came in the mail.
I’m gonna be using them with probably no results. If I had 5.5” girth I’d be pretty ecstatic with 8” length.

I had never thought I’d be one to do this but this man needs help! I’m going to go pump-less and free of other accessories unless they’re pretty cheap - but don’t know of any besides the good old clamp.
I know there are routines from people who gained but I don’t know of someone who really had non-gainable girth that stuck it out with a magic routine.

Names/routines welcome - anyone with similar experiences??

Some guys are predisposed to gain length, others girth. 1.75” BPEL gain in one year is phenomenal.

You’re gaining girth while clamped, right? Well GM’s secret plan for length & girth involves keeping your post-workout gains as long a possible. For length, this means ADS: for girth, a cockring. ½” gain in girth is realistic, but you may have to start pumping. The aquarium-gravel-cleaner home-made pump is a cheap alternative for starters.

Of course, your attitude is important, too. If you really feel that “girth is impossible” for you, then it likely is.

I know you’re down, but you’ll never get there with an attitude like that my friend. Try using double clamps for 4 -15 minute spreads. I don’t take rest days and I DON’T GO OVER those 4 -15 minute spreads. If you have a traction device or ads wear that after the 4 sets are over. Be sure to watch some videos or whatever to stay HARD and after a month you probably just won’t feel bigger your tape measure will say, “Wow wtf?”. Even if it’s hard to gain go at it full fledged in faith and exercises. GL

I also agree attitude is key. Fallacy911, though I understand the need to vent a little frustration.

Careful with clamping, though. It presents some signifcant risks. I would suggest a pump as I’ve had good luck with it. If you do clamp really take care and get a good wrap.

GM: Thanks a lot for the advice. I’ve been doing a lot of reading and researching but have overlooked the steps for the home made aquarium pump — I’ll definitely search. I’ll also look into cock rings. Do you advise a good cheap site for such?
Yes, I do gain While clamped, but unfortunately not permanently of course.

Long grass: When you double clamp is it two clamps side by side or a clamp under the head and a clamp at the base? Many times when I clamp I squeeze my glans hard so that only the shaft is engorged - My glans is already big enough so it works out.

You need a decent wrap too. I was talking about 2 at the base, but since you have 3 I don’t see why you couldn’t use the 1 for under the head. I would just use the double though, but whatever you fancy. I get my TTM (talking tape measure) from an old friend in Hong Kong. There will be a phone ringing in the booth at 3rd and Main at exactly 3 o’clock. Be there for further details and we shall negotiate price and pickup.

The cadillac of cockrings , of course, comes from Australia, courtesy of one our own esteemed members. I use a standard leather porno shop adjustable cockring, myself.

Ideal girth routine in my opinion:

2x15 min of clamping
10x15 sec Ulis
10x15 sec horses
5 minutes of high intensity (60-80% erection) jelqing
5x20 seconds Amazing Isometrics.

I have done this daily and gained 3cm in 8 months.

You may be overdoing. I overdid it with the horses and took a 30+ day break period. It seems to be growing again. I now try to be very careful so that my dick doesn’t become as hard as steel, and hard to gain.

same experience.

in my late ‘20 I was about 6.5” in lenght now, doing PE since January, I am about 7.5” BPEL.
As in your case my glans is big enough, so my girth was never a problem for me, and only now I realize that it is under average.

I started at 4.35” in girth and in July I measured it at 4.6”.

Jelqing doesn’t work for me.

During the first 4 months I did only jelqing and gained no girth.
Since June I began to do various kind of squeezes, manual clamping and lately clamping with cable clamps, using slow jelq as a warm up.

My girth routine is now often long as yours. Perhaps is too much for me.

With one cable clamp my girth is 5”.
With 2 cable clamps or during manual clamping is more, about 5.25”.

I am asking to myself if it is better to reduce the lenght of the girth sessions according to the fact that
my goal is just about 5.25”.

I don’t see the possibility to achieve a very big girth, and at the present I have no intention to do pumping.

Don’t you think that an hour or more of that kind of exercises is too much for us ?

Start: 6.3 BPEL x 4.5 MSEG & 4.5 BSEG

Now: 7.7 x 4.7 x 5.5 BSEG

Goal: 8 x 6

Clamp, keep the faith, it will happen.

I’ve gained about, 1/2 an inch with clamping, and it keeps getting fatter.

Try this: Clamp, and when you feel it won’t get any fatter, put your knees up to your chest (in a sitting position, only try this position standing at your own risk) and pull your lower back away from the rest of your body, so your penis sort of recedes into your body; hold this position, and you should see some more expansion. Also, do some head squeezes while clamped, you’ll notice an immediate difference in engorgement.

I think the key is to go above and beyond how your body naturally adapts (full engorgement with normal clamping circumstances.) Hope this helps. Let me know if any of this seems unclear.

That’s a good and risky tip kazooplayer. I am also having trouble gaining girth. I always cross my legs together tightly so to get a good squeeze.

I got all the length I want but that fucking girth just isn’t coming YET.

Thanks thal, it’s been working real well for me with no injury. The head squeezes can be tough on your dick though, so give it a day of rest, at least.
