same experience.
in my late ‘20 I was about 6.5” in lenght now, doing PE since January, I am about 7.5” BPEL.
As in your case my glans is big enough, so my girth was never a problem for me, and only now I realize that it is under average.
I started at 4.35” in girth and in July I measured it at 4.6”.
Jelqing doesn’t work for me.
During the first 4 months I did only jelqing and gained no girth.
Since June I began to do various kind of squeezes, manual clamping and lately clamping with cable clamps, using slow jelq as a warm up.
My girth routine is now often long as yours. Perhaps is too much for me.
With one cable clamp my girth is 5”.
With 2 cable clamps or during manual clamping is more, about 5.25”.
I am asking to myself if it is better to reduce the lenght of the girth sessions according to the fact that
my goal is just about 5.25”.
I don’t see the possibility to achieve a very big girth, and at the present I have no intention to do pumping.
Don’t you think that an hour or more of that kind of exercises is too much for us ?
