I have a question for you guys with good girth gains. Are your girth gains mostly from side to side (left to right), or under-dick to upperdick?
I ask this because. I have great diameter from left to right. But it’s almost like a pancake as my girth from the underside to to the top side is very thin.

What would you guys suggest are the best girth gains for a pancake dick? I think the answer to this question is directly related to the different parts of the penis being worked, and I know the underside of my penis has always been very weak and soft (unless I’m about to cum). Any ideas from all you professionals?

Do the same exercizes but try a different grip. I guess you are holding on the top & bottom and compressing out towards the side? Just hold on the sides and compress towards the top & bottom.

You always gain girth to the areas where you put pressure on to. Do erect jelqs by trapping the blood by squeezing your CS and sliding towards the head. This grows your CS and therefore gives you more vertical dimension. It also gives you glands size, as it’s connected with the CS.

I also have the same type penis.

I am a newbie, and just started the routines two weeks ago.
I read and read and read before I started the exercises, and this is the first time I saw someone mentioning a similar type penis like mine. My diameter is coming to 2” at the head, but as it isn’t cylindrical, the final girth is 4.75”.

In the two weeks time I have started PE, my penis started to become kind of more cylindrical by just doing the suggested wet jelq. I gained girth more from the bottom and some from top, and I just jelqed with OK sign. I can really see the difference, my penis became heavier, meatier. I started with 6.5” erect and 4.75” girth at the head. I just couldn’t help myself to measure last night, and my girth was 5”, well this was 5-6 hours after the PE session. Well, this might be in the margin or error, but I feel like my penis has changed. It is as if it is someone else’s penis now. I gained little in length though. Yet my streched flaccid has increased due to manual streching exercises more relative to erect length.

I am just doing the newbie routine. I would want to have the perfect size penis people kind of agreed on; i.e. 8” erect and 6” girth. I want to achieve this in 3-4 months. Then I will reduce my exercises to just keep my penis in shape. Even if I don’t achieve these numbers, I will be just happy because I am keeping the blood circulating in my penis, and keeping it healthy.

I am 27 years old, 6 ft and 175 lbs, living in California. I also went to a tantra class 3 months ago, and have been working on my PC muscles from that time. I can do the dry orgasm thing successfully. This is like a miracle for me. I had a very stressfull life 5-6 months ago, and my penis kind of went death. I was even ejaculating at 50-60% erection at some point, well this just happened once, but it scared me. Right now I am having very hard erections again thanks to PC Muscle and PE Exercises, and the increased stamina and long staying power by saving my semen is the real miracle for me at the moment. I hope these achievements won’t be temporary, but stay with me until I get very old.

Thanks to all of you who are giving up from their time to inform others, I especially want to thank all those people who have tried many of the different exercise routines on themselves and invented new routines. They are really very brave in doing this, and using themselves like lab rats. Honestly, what we are playing with is our mojo, if we lose it, we kind of lose our pride.

You bring up a very interesting question, which hasn’t been discussed in detail much before. I can happily say that I consider myself among the fortunate to make good girth gains (started 4.75”, now 7.00+inches base girth and still growing). Also, my girth gains are opposite from yours, i.e mostly under-dick to upper-dick rather than side to side (left to right). Lately, I’ve been working on expanding the left to right thickness and can now measure approximately 2” across but larger from under to top.

It’s important for guys to keep track of their girth gains by measuring circumference rather than just diameter, since that can very greatly depending on how you measure. I used to wonder myself why some guys would say they measure 2” in diameter but only 5.25” in circumference (formula for circumference is C = <pi> x d). But since our dicks are not perfect cylinders, the circumference can vary greatly and is not necessarily in proportion to the diameter.

I attribute much of my girth gains to pumping and dryjelqs. Lately, I’ve returned to using my Powerjelq to increase the diameter from side to side, and that appears to be working for me, since the pressure is applied on top and bottom of my dick.

So what is the concencus? There are two arguments:
1)Growth occurs where the pressure is (ie. squeezing more on the sides increases them)
2)Growth occurs where the blood is pushed (ie. squeezing more on the sides pushes the blood to the top and bottom).
I ask this because i feel as though i give my full penis equal pressure, and I’m not sure where to aim it.

By pressure, I meant where the blood is forced, it creates pressure there that inflates the tissues and stretches them.

So 1) is equal to 2).
