Good morning the whole community!

I open this thread to first to present my case and the problems I’m having.

Second to see if someone else comes up with something similar or the same.

And third among all trying to solve this thread and left for posterity and can help more peers.



Hardly I have 2 months with the Linear Newbie Routine and when I started the early morning erections were more common and harder.
Today they have become rare and less hardness.

The problem I have identified -> Overactive Bladder, who come suffering since July 2015.

Symptoms: with roughly half the capacity of a bladder of an adult man and I feel the need to urinate. That is orino much.

And the good day is more bearable bad is when the night is when I do not usually go more than 4/5 sleeping notes followed by the need to urinate that destroys my break and therefore the ability to reach REM arrives.

It is true that several days to wake up in the middle of the night awake erect but not entirely good thing reassures me.

I’m taking a relaxing pills for the entire pelvic area so far have not improved.

I wish it as at the beginning of my training in PE wake up with good early morning erections and improve my rest.

I am 23 years old.

Good morning.

My night/morning woods come and go easily, if I got 2 on the week (weak ones), is too much. My overall voluntary erections are 10/10. To be honest, I’m not that worried about involuntary woods anymore.

Did a little test a while ago: took 4 days rest, without any PE or masturbation.

On the 3th day, night/morning woods returned at full blast. On the 5th day, I did 5 minutes of jelqing and this was enough to shot-dead my night/morning wood again.

*27 years old, sleeping 8 hours per day, without waking up for pee.

Sleep is a huge part of morning wood. If I get seven to eight hours, I’ll get morning morning wood.

If I wake up in the middle of the night usually I have a full boner going on.

But when I wake up in the morning I rarely have one.

I get nocturnal and morning wood. I think it also depends on how deep your sleep is and how quickly you wake up.

I always get wood that lasts 30 minutes or more when I wake up groggy or half awake.

It reassures me your answers. I think improving my rest improve my morning woods,safely.

I was having a similar issue over the past month or so. I have had great EQ, but no morning wood. As titleist said, sleep plays an important role in morning wood, so I decided to try and get more sleep and also to take a short break for PE. With no PE for about a week and getting enough sleep my morning wood returned. In fact, when I woke up for the past couple days with only about 5 hours sleep I had super hard morning wood.

So, rest and perhaps taking a break from pulling on your dick should work.

Hey Celt, if you find that you are waking up to often to go urinate, try to cut back or slow down the amount of liquids you drink in the evening. Do all of your daily liquid intake during the day time. This should limit you bathroom visits during the night.

the last 5 days I followed waking up at night but to my surprise with a good erection and morning wood two days .I am very happy because I believe that reducing JAI stretches to 3 sets of 15 reps.

I think that streching affects more my erections. I think it’s good thing because my goal is much thickness thickness. starting my stats are 7NBP 5’5MSEG and my long-term goal is 8NBP 6’7MSEG.

I’ve only been training two months. my goal is possible only with manual exercises?

My routine is;
5 mins hot water ]
JAI 3 sets of 15 reps | constant heat with
12 mins wet jelqs | IR lamp
5mins hot water ]

2on1off if my erections will be hard like rock i will change to 3on1off2on1off .

today I had a lot of sex. the first two times my EQ was on 7/10 the third and fourth 8/10. the truth is that erections are a difficult thing to understand :(

I will try to cut back or slow down the amount of liquids i drink in the evening . Thanks ;)

Listen try a week without stretching the second on day. That is if you stretch Monday, do not stretch Tuesday. Just jelq.

Maybe stretching fucks you up a litlle. It is known to do that in many. Do not do it on every routine.
