Now that’s funny right there!
Suggestion gents— find a low key regimen that you can perform daily— shower stretching for five minutes along with piss jelqs for a minute or three whenever you piss and you may be surprised at how your consistency picks up.
One of the things I’ve learned as a trainer/ S&C coach for almost thirty years is that the “best” is the enemy of the “good enough”— by trying to implement the very bestest most advanced program ever you’ll likely end up falling into the ‘too much’ trap— not over training, just too many demands on your attention span.
Like fitness training— you can get 80% of the way there with 20% of the effort— not saying that you shouldn’t go for gold, but be wary of declining to participate at all because you aren’t hitting the gold standard.
Once you reincorporate low drag PE into your life, you can turn up the flame as you need to, like doing a little extra HIIT cardio ‘cause Memorial Day has passed and you’re still carrying ten pounds too much— but is you haven’t been building a base by doing at least some degree of maintenance work all along, you’re more likely to get frustrated and call it quits.
Also bear in mind that we have the goals that we desire and move toward and the fears that we move away from— I was afraid of being average/ small [starting @ BPEL 6.375*5/ BPFSL 6.5] ] and set up a dream dick goal of 9*7— a goal I realized that I’d likely never really push for, but it was a metaframe for me of “huge”.
After years of stopping and starting and finally getting into hanging/ clamping, I pushed into BPEL 7.75*5.75/ BPFSL 8.75 territory— and it was the BPFSL that finally sated me.
Now I know that I can get it bigger should I care again, I just engage in a little rub and tug to keep it form falling below the 7.5*5.5 line— I just don’t care about 9*7 anymore— not really, [although whenever I see Julian Rios putting it to some tight little honey I do get to thinking …]. ;)
Hope this helped.
