guys with foreskin and discoloration

After Jelqing, I’ve noticed that the girth of the shaft doesn’t really increase, but rather it is just swollen foreskin. My cock looks thicker after, probably because the swollen foreskin reclines. The base of my shaft nearly never becomes engorged. Also I get quite a bit of discoloration still (again at the foreskin), I have been Jelqing since ‘03 (stopped for a couple months at one point). does anyone have any advice or comments as to explaining if this is normal or what I could be doing wrong.

Yeah, but when you jelq, do you feel like it is only your foreskin that is getting swollen / engorged? It seems to me it doesnt matter whether I jelq or Uli or Horse440, its always my foreskin getting all the workout…
