Currently I am focusing on girth and starting out with some dry jelqs and a few squeezes. I can get some nice expansion in the shaft and usually gain about 1/2” post workout. My head, however, stays exactly the same. Pre-workout, my head is a bit wider than the shaft, but post-workout my shaft is a bit wider, and my head looks unusually small compared to the shaft size. This seems odd to me since with jelqs and squeezes the blood is being forced into the head. Anyone else have this problem or know how I could alter my routine to make my head size look more propotionate? I wouldn’t want shaft gains but no head gains.

Many guys have this “problem.” And it’s essentially normal. The glans does not have a resistant tunica that can be stretched and, with time, expanded to accommodate the increased pressure. It (the glans) is like a balloon. It can be expanded, but contracts back to its former shape when the pressure is released.

Also, keep in mind the anatomy. When squeezing the shaft of the penis, only blood in the corpus spongiosum will move into the glans. Blood in the CC is separate and cannot be moved into the glans by any means.

I thought rememberd some excerises that helped with head size. Something like primarily squeezing the upper shaft of the penis.

There are plenty of exercises for head gains, just do a search and you’ll find some. Sadaks’s is one that comes to mind. It’s not necessarily hard to do an exercise and get a lot of blood into your head. I just don’t think gains are going to necessarily follow.

I don’t think that head gains are impossible if that is what westla is implying, however I do agree that it is very hard to get any meaningful gains. However, I remember that Uli claimed he gained a somewhat substantial amount of glans size from doing his exercises. So it seems as if it can be done.

My personal theory is that it is probably possible to make erect head gains to some extent and most likely close to impossible to make any flaccid gains.(Which is what I would really hope for)

I have worked on my head before with little results and plan on hitting my girth and length goals before making an attempt to increase head size, if I even do.

Slick, don’t try these yet. You’re just getting back into it and it is probably too soon. Just reinforcing remek’s warning there.

When doing your jelqs try to hold on to the stroke at the end for a second or two longer. That keeps the glans engorged for a longer priod. It is tougher to increase it’s (the glans) size (as Westla pointed out) so keeping the expansion longer helps out.

Yes, if you are just “recommencing” PE, then do not try the exercises I described just yet. Take a few weeks/months (depending on how far advanced you are) to start adding them to your routine. But when you do, you will notice a difference.
