Help Me Choose a Routine Please
I desperately need to start gaining. I restarted PE many times. I’m so confused right now about what method to use, and when to take off days that I can’t decide. I’ve been reading here for a long time, as well as searching the net for information about lengthening connective tissue. There is information that supports daily stretching, and some that supports stretching every 3rd day. There is some information that supports doing cyclical work, such as manual stretching and jelqing, then there is some that supports long duration stretching, such as hanging or using an extender.
I’ve tried it all except for clamping. I’ve stuck with jelqing the longest, but I would always start missing scheduled PE days after the first 2 weeks.
I need some guidance, please! I’ve thoroughly confused myself. I’ve been awake for hours troubled with size issues tonight.
