Horse440's Sensitivity/Damage

I added Horses in about 1.5 months ago and since then i’ve noticed a decrease in sensitivity in the area around my glans. Does anyone think the ressure exerted on these things can have a negative effect on nerves/sensitivity?

but I’d cut back on the Horse440s…they are meant only for intermediate to experienced PEers and even then should be introduced gradually…

try giving your penis some more rest days…It will definitely thank your for it!

Or, you could also split up your routine…

Try doing jelqing one day, and girth exercises the next….that’s what I do.

Sounds like you’re overdoing it. Take it easy for a couple of days, then lightly incorporate you routine in again. If it persists, then take out Horse440’s if you can’t take the intensity down.

This happens to me once in a while, your overdoing it. Take time off. Nerves do heal themselves over months of time. If there is numbness take months off. If it’s just loss of sensitivity, take a week or 2 off and after that take more rest days and don’t use so much pressure or don’t do them for so long.
