Little Help Please! jelqing/stretching tips
Hey everyone, I’m new here. I was just wondering if someone could PLEASE help me with my routine.
I’ve been jelqing and stretching for about 5 months now and have seen very little or no gains at all in length or girth. I think I have a good routine but I’m not sure.
I always do atleast 5 mins of hot rap before anything. Then I do about 15-20 minutes of stretching. I think my problem is in the stretching. I only stretch straight out and straight down, is that a problem??? Could someone PLEASE give me some tips on stretching and tell me if what I’m doing is ok.
My LOT is atleast 6 o’clock, a bit less though I think. I don’t really know what that means…
After the stretching I jelq for atleast half an hour, usually 40 mins. Then I do some more hot wrap.
I don’t do alot of kegels either, is that a problem? My circulation is perfectly fine, I get tons of boners and they’re really hard. Are the kegels really important for length or girth gains?
What’s the longest anyone has gone before they’ve seen any gain? I’m pretty big already, not huge though, about 7 1/4” in length and very close to 6” in girth when erect. I’ve heard it’s harder to get bigger when you’re bigger than average already.
Anyway, I really want to get to 8” in length and a bit more in girth. Can someone please help??!!
