How does Jelqing and PE Positively Affect EQ

I’ve been here a while now, and I am curious to know exactly how PE positively affects EQ? It seems to me, that when jelqing is done correctly, and when there is enough time to rest a worked out unit, my EQ is fantastic.

So, is it just jelqing that positively affects EQ? I’ve heard pumping helps EQ also. How do these, and other PE techniques actually positively affect EQ? (blood flow, squeezing, tugging, expanding past normal etc etc?)

What do you guys think?

EQ is positively affected just in the ways that you mention. By proper rest vs exercise regiment, you find your moment of zen so to speak. You find the balance between damage / regeneration vs growth! You damage the tissue ie; micro-tears etc, your recuperate with proper oxygen rich (Improved blood flow) recovery and you grow!

I have grown utilizing these exact theories and so can others.

I didn’t take a break for decon purposes, but I took about 8 months off because I was just so busy with other interest. I didn’t lose anything. I came back and started another gaining trend which leads me to where I am now. I didn’t follow the newbie routine here as I had already started jelqing before I found this site, so I just incorporated some ideas from Thunders into my routine.

My recent gains are mostly attributed to pumping/jelqing. I have recently lost some length, but I don’t focus any efforts on length gains. I personally would rather be 7 x 6 than 8 x 5, but everyone has different goals!

I have been having better eq and more noticeable morning wood when I cut my PE sessions in half. I was doing 30 min sessions and this week I cut down to 15 minutes a day. Anyone having weeker erections and lose of morning wood try decreasing your PE some. I guess in my case less is more.

I am finding that 80% or so jelqing is great for girth and EQ. I am learning how to get creative, and “listen’ to my unit. There are some threads about doing only manual work for both length and girth. One issue I am finding, is that because I already have pretty decent girth, (5.5), stretching is still a bit of a struggle. (even if I am only at 20 to 30% erection)

Higher erection level jelqing seems to “shock” my EQ higher. ? Anyone?

Hey man; just a suggestion- don’t jelq 100% erect! This is how I gained really good size fast, but an injury that would last even longer- others have done so, too. Look for a thread by jtmorgan, and even my own; both injuries of ours were sustained through high level erection jelqing. Stay safe and good luck gaining!

What I am doing is at around 85%. (to me 100% is at edging level) I careful watch the glans expand at the end of each jelq. I have neutral PI’s afterwards. (just a few red dots) But, my unit does not ache, like when I first started.

How do you know that your jelqing with enough force and or a high enough level of erection to know that it is being done correctly, and with maximum benefit? I’m sure there are some threads on this.

Hey Acid, I hope you don’t stretch your unit at 10 or 20 percent erect, it should be completely flaccid.

Also Jelqing helps your EQ by increasing your smooth muscles. Smooth muscles are why your dick goes hard. The more you have, the harder you are.

I just read the thread from jtmorgan on his injury. That shit scared the fuck out of me. I am still trying to get an idea of what the correct pressure should be for jelqing. A dead dick ain’t just is not worth the potential gain. Some guys who have gained a lot, sound like they break up their sessions.

I will continue to monitor my PI’s. Also, I will not jelq over 50% erect from here on out. The amount of pressure exerted during the jelq is really what I need to get a “handle” on. (a pun for a shaky attempt at humor) :)
