How is this workout
Just curious, how does this workout sound?
-5 min hot wrap (rice socks)
-5 minutes of stretching (4 directions)
-Dry jelqs (base to middle) for about 75 strokes sometimes kegaling between strokes
-Dry jelq (middle to glands) for about 60 strokes
-Wet jelq for about 100+ strokes
-Then some holds (where I get 100% hard, tourniqute my base and hold for 20 seconds). I do about 5 of these
-Rest for a couple of minutes
-Throw in about 15 more dry jelqs (slow and firm)
- Rest for about 5 to 10
- Hot wrap for another 5 minutes
How does that sound. Any recommendations to what I can add / subtract / increase?
I just hopped back on the train the other night after about a 1 1/2 month lapse. I am ready to get back into the swing of things.
