How long did you PE before you saw gains?

Well, I am in my second week of doing PE, and I am not measuring until I have been at it for at least a month, so I figured in the meantime I would post this poll.


New to the place? Start here.

This is me in case you ever want to know what kind of psycho you're dealing with.

Also, feel free to post what your first measurable gain was if you wish.

You should increase the resolution at the lower end to something like 5 days, 10 days, 15 days, or something like that. I’ll bet a huge majority of the guys here saw some very nice gains well within their first month of PE. Man, how I wish I’d known to do even only a few weeks or so of PE all those years ago!


8/1/02: 5.75" BPEL X 4.5" EG

6/1/03: 7.5" BPEL X 5.75" EG as measured midshaft with a snapped chalk line....

My best advice to you is to think in terms of “months” - not “days” or “weeks.” PE is not a sprint, it’s a marathon. I gained girth quickly, but length slowly. As you can see from my stats below, I’m a work in progress.

Don’t miss your workouts & be patient - my best advice.

When I first fooled around with PE, it seemed that I would gain a measureable amount of length every week.

I slacked off and became disinterested for some reason, and the gains slowed. It became months between gains.

Now I am seeing no gains, after a few years, and am looking for a big change or jump start, to get growing again.

I appreciate the advice Wadzilla, but I assure you that I do not expect overnight results. I want this bad enough that I will stick with it no matter how long it takes until I do reach my goals.

I just figured that since I was not measuring again until I have been at it for a month, that I would see how long it took most people to see any progress. Trust me, I probably won’t measure but once a month if that. I do understand that this takes dedication, and I have put it off for a long time and just done reading and studying until recently when I had the time and privacy to dedicate to PE.

1/2” length in the first month is very common. It happened to me. Girth gains are not as easy to measure, since your girth will almost always be larger when you’re actively doing PE.

I’d be shocked if less than 90% don’t have flaccid size gains soon after starting a serious PE regimen.

For me i gain about an inch in 2 month in length, and half a inch in girth.

Took me a couple months at the very beggining of my “PE career” a few years ago. Then, I was only jelqing. I dont think in terms of months related to gains. Then again, I’m on a very intense hanging schedule now and I’ve been making small gains over the last month every couple weeks. 3/8” increase in erect and flaccid bp stretched length so far!

I didn’t mean that he wouldn’t see any gains for months at a time - I meant that he should realize that he won’t have his “dream cock” in only a few weeks. As you said, you began your “PE career a few years ago.” So, in terms of your gains, we’re actually speaking of years, not months.

Perhaps the most physically noticeable “gains” that beginners will see is the flaccid development, as well as the vascular “development” which also occurs.

I know that this is what I first noticed before any difference between pre-PE and current PE!


I am building a Canadian Maple for the lovely beavers....eh!

It took me about 2 months to really see what I felt was a permanent gain (and not measuring right after a PE session. It was 1/4” in length.

But I kept psyching myself out wondering if I had pushed equally while bone pressing and did I remember that extra bit at the end of the ruler when I marked down my initial length.

Really take note of how you do things and be consistent.
