How much PE?

OK I’ve done PE off and on for the last 7 months and also did a consistent routine for all of June. Then I wasn’t able to PE much and took a break for all of July but I’ve started again this week. I’m just wondering how much time should I do PE a day to see results? I don’t want to be not getting results because I haven’t tried hard enough but I also don’t have tons of time to do this each day. Right now I’m doing around 35 min a day, 20 of stretching and 15 of jelqing. Is that good, bad, average or what? Thanks everyone.

I’m not sure if there’s way to find out if your PEing session is enough for you to get gains or not, but to me, yours is OK (it’s average if you wish :D ) since you don’t have much time.

I’m one of most busiest men here too (work from 7AM until 8H30PM) and I still keep going with my newbie routine as shown under my signature, I found that it really works for me!

I’m not sure if I’m wrong about you, but to me you seem to be very concerned about your PEing. Well, just take it easy, don’t measure your penis too often. Believe in PE, enjoy it and keep telling yourself that your penis has grown up bigger everyday (and night :D ).

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

It doesnt matter if its average, above average, below average, or what.

Ive said this before, i’ll say it again now, and i’ll say it again in the future no doubt ….

You need to find what works for you. Dont compare yourself to others, dont copy other’s routines.

When you find what is working for you, DONT CHANGE IT until you stop gaining.

OK first off gains: I’m not sure, I didn’t really write down what I was in January, I know I’ve gained about 1/8” BPEL in the last 4 weeks that I didn’t PE I think. Didn’t see any NBP gains which is what I’m really looking for. I’m going to stick with this program for atleast a month and then measure and see if I’ve gained. Thanks for the support guys. Also, I have added two exercises to my routine since they sounded effective. The first I do in the morning in the shower where I like have my dick under the hot water and stretch it for 10 seconds, then turn the water cold for 10 seconds while holding the stretch. I do that 10 times. Then I do the other one in the afternoon. It’s the same general concept of using heat then cold because I use a blow dryer on low to heat for 30 seconds then splash some cold water on for 30 seconds (being careful not to electrocute myself :) ). It seems to improve flaccid hang alot do they seem like good additions to you guys. I like the concept and everything so I really hope the exercises work.
