How much PE?
OK I’ve done PE off and on for the last 7 months and also did a consistent routine for all of June. Then I wasn’t able to PE much and took a break for all of July but I’ve started again this week. I’m just wondering how much time should I do PE a day to see results? I don’t want to be not getting results because I haven’t tried hard enough but I also don’t have tons of time to do this each day. Right now I’m doing around 35 min a day, 20 of stretching and 15 of jelqing. Is that good, bad, average or what? Thanks everyone.
