How to achieve thicker head?

Just wondering the best way to thicken up the head and shaft right below the head?

Are uli’s more effective then clamping? Arent they about the same thing?

Yes I confirm this.

I can’t doing clamping with cable clamps, I have the device but I cannot get a good erection with them, so I keep on with my manual clamping started one month ago.

I do 2 set x 10’ and with them I do ulis, horses and dual squeezes.

I use hygienic roller paper of exactly 6” ( 15.2 cm).
One month ago my head just fitted it, today the roller paper was a little narrow.

This is an important result for me because my flaccid keeps on to be very small.
This morning when I have came home I was completely turtled, only the little head was out.

Very depressing.

Horses, no. Clamping yes.

I think that my head is bigger now. I have clamped 2 months.

I made a homemade Power Jelqer and have used it twice so far. It seems to make the head really engorged so hopefully this will help me out.
