How to get started on clamping

I know jackshit on it. Anyone wanna fill me in on the info.

Do a search and read clamping 101 and if you are a newb don’t even think about it until you have conditioned yourself with the newbie routine as clamping is quite dangerous as it is.

Is there anywhere I can go to buy a clamp?

try Lowes or Walmart.

Well at least you’re honest. Don’t contemplate clamping, or any other advanced exercise for that matter, until you’ve spent a good solid 3+ months on a basic manual routine, say…….The Newbie Routine!
