Hubbard and jelqing

I just read the article about jelqing from the Hubbard archive. Does anyone have the same experience as him? He states that results should be 2-4 inches in length and girth within a few months… Sounds ridicoulus to me, but hey, maybe I am just doing it wrong…

I did gain over 3 cm in four months with weights (140 hours “hang time”), but I’ve never made promises to others, except promising nothing if they don’t try ;-)
