Maybe I clamp more intensely than you or something, but that’s not really an issue for me once I put the clamps on. My erection will go down a bit for sure, but there’s still good pressure in there.

Ok, so like I said in either this thread or another one going on now (forget where I posted it), I’ve stopped PE for a couple days. I was worried at first cause I lost a lot of my temporary gains really fast (likely mostly skin swelling or something like that), but after the first day or two I haven’t lost anything, and have actually gone slightly back up. I’m measuring between 6.3 and like 6.4 depending on when I measure. If I don’t lose anything else, this will mean I’ve gained like 1/8 or 3/16 of an inch in girth in the past month… what from I have no idea.

I really hope I’m not speaking too soon cause that would suck. It’s weird, because recently I haven’t been measuring any biggest post-workout or the day after a workout than I normally do, but this time when I took a break it seems like most of my gains stayed.

The only thing I can think that it may have been would be the intense orange bends I’ve been doing (please read my post here about whether flaccid girth exercises give better "quality" girth or not since NO ONE replied to it before, lol Using golf weights to stretch- the best fulcrum stretching I’ve EVER done).

So yes, I’ve been doing some very intense orange bends. I do them anywhere between maybe 25% and 45% erect, and I squeeze really really hard with my bending hand to get a really good stretch. I generally put my hands between my legs and squeeze with my legs too, to get more force and to make it easier on my hands. I hold one of these for two minutes (it gets tiring) at three spots along my penis (at the base, middle and end) on the top of my cock as well as on both sides (so that’s nine bends total). After three bends I generally do a ten minute clamp to reinforce the flaccid stuff I’ve done, then continue the orange bends.

So, like I said in my other post, I don’t know if this produces a better quality girth or what, because the orange bends don’t produce as much expansion as other exercises, but the girth seems to stay better.

Again though, I may have spoken too soon, but I’m not waiting longer than tomorrow night to start PEing again.

Hopefully if I start going super hardcore like I planned I won’t fuck up the gains I might have just made.

Can you be more specific about how you do your O bends? I’d like to give them a try.

Also, check your measuring tape against a flat ruler. I noticed that measuring tapes can either shrink or expand. I had that happen to me and it really pissed me off. I think it happens from getting the tape wet from measuring a lubed up dick. Then you wash the tape and viola, it might affect its accuracy.

Yeah, do you have a clamp hand at the base and then a clamping hand squeezing from the top when you bend it? How far does your dick bend at that erection level? Do you get the thing to fold 180 degrees or what would you estimate? Do you have any telltale signs that indicate you’re getting a good bend in?

I never seemed to gain from them before but so many people swear by them. I must be doing them wrong. That’s why I asked for specifics. But in a general sense. Yes, I see how ridiculous my question was.

Ok, basically get around say 30% or 40% erect (I really have no idea which is better, less or more, all I know is that you do need at least some level of erection for these to work). Then I clamp one hand at the base basically as hard as I can, or at least so that I feel no blood will get out. You can grab anywhere else along the shaft you like with your other hand as long as you bend the right spot, i.e. you could grab the head if you wanted, but as long as the bend happens at the base of your penis it’s fine. Yes, I bend as far as I can, which is about 180 degrees (the bend is not stopped due to overbending, but the fact that you literally can’t bend past 180 degrees because your cock bends back onto itself). At this erection level there’s really no resistance in bending so far.

Ok I just thought of something to describe how I bend my cock. Pretend you want to bend a metal bar. You’re going to grab each end of the bar and sort of try to force them together to put pressure on the bending point. That’s kind of what I try to do… really press back with my bending hand to try to get a really good stretch at the bend. It feels actually just kind of like the tunica is stretching. It is a mild pain… very very bearable. You should make sure that you’re stretching your tunica rather than your skin though. I generally push my skin back so I have excess skin between my hands so it doesn’t get stretched, because that to me actually hurts and is unpleasant.

So, try what I just said and also experiment with different ways of bending and erection levels. Try to get a tiny feeling of pain like your tunica is actually being stretched. Actually now that I think of it, the feeling is similar to stretching a muscle.
