I have no idea. Someone had a link to one of the old PE forums where a guy relates his routine. He talked about doing a combo of Uli’s and Pan Rolls. I just had no idea what a pan roll is. He says he does them on the sink counter. Maybe it’s something like a rolling pin going over cake batter to flatten it out. I have no idea. THis guys has some mad gains claims though. FOr example, he says in the 6 months he was at it, he gained .75 girth.

I used to do these thinking they were good, but I don’t do them anymore. It seems that the amount they wider your cock is about the amount your cock gets flattened from the pressure. I am actually relieved school is starting and I won’t be doing as much PE. I think I will benefit from the extra rest.
