I do my workouts after ejaculation
I use PE weights and I have never really mastered the wrap so I would always just slide them on without the wrap because my flaccid girth is pretty big. One thing is that after I masturbate I stay engorged for awhile before I shrivel up. What I do is I slide on the weights before it has a chance to get much smaller and the engorgement holds pretty well with minimal discoloration and barely any heat loss even after hours. I wear the weights until I get pretty sore, and then I take off the weights. I usually jelq afterwards because its still pretty plump. Then as I gradually get a bit smaller I do stretches. After all of that I don’t really turtle up that much, and the following day I usually have a huge flaccid dick staring me in the face for most of the day (sometimes over 6in nbp and 5.5 girth) What I like about it is that it is pretty easy to do after you masterbate, and it doesnt take much time. Havn’t seen any negative effects from wearing the weights like that, and I feel like its working for me.
