I hate rest days

I just wanna whip it out and put on my extender! PE is so addictive! And I’m resting again tomorrow!

So find a way to not rest.

Workout more so that a rest day would be extremely desirable.

There is no reason to rest if your body is giving you the “green light.” But do not let your zealousness outweigh the signals your body is telling you. Be true to thy inner-self.

You shouldn’t be taking rest days anyway if you’re using an extender.

I hang seven days a week. When I was doing manuals, I did them seven days a week. Who is making you take rest days, and, more importantly, why?

I agree on that.

I only rest on days where the by the end of the PE on the end of the previous day, my dick is sore. Then I know I probably overdid it for that day. Usually one day rest cures it. I’d rather take one day off, than to continue in pain and risk injury which might require me to rest weeks.
