Sorry one more thing my BPEL is 7.5 and in a national ranked bodybuilder so at my fattest I have a very small fat pad I’m also a certified personal trainer so if any of you guys need help on getting lean no charge of course for fellow PE friends.my wife is an part owner in a fast food chain so I’m going to be home alot taking care of the new baby so will try to dedicate the next 6 months to intense PE I’m currently started hanging 8 lbs with the grip for an hour in the morning and an hour at night I also use the bath-mate for 10 to 15 min after each hang set.I ordered the static stretcher and I’m going to use that for a light stretch all day.I have the Jess and wore it for 400 hours with the noose but it just hurt to much and gave me a thin callus be hind the glands so I got the modified head attachment from auto-extender it works much better. I am tracking how much time I spend every day on excel will measure every 30 days.
