I’ve gained 2” in girth and I’m shooting for more. How did I do it? Puberty helped out a bit, but I worked my ass off to get as big as I am today. I have added .75” on my head, the hardest area to gain, in the last three years alone. I originally followed routines closely resembling the Newbie routine, then broke away and broke all the rules taking notes as I went along.
Here’s what I found so far… Warm ups do help with loosening tissues, but 30-60 min of cardio help improve blood flow more than anything. Arginine also helps somewhat but you have to take massive amounts of 5-10g with up to 5g carnitine in the morning and before bed on an empty stomach. You have to cycle off of these every couple months taking at least 4-8 weeks off every 3 months (works better if you cycle one month on one month off). I don’t like this supplement approach as it can get pretty expensive.
When it comes to your working routine… less is always better. You want to end with the ability to still regain an erection after some edging and save yourself from too many rest days where you will shrink up a bit. The secret to my success was relying on dry jelqs and holds for the bulk of my routine, and then using wet jelqs to compound the stress, and finishing exercises like clamping pumping or quick light wet jelqs to wear me out and keep my routine under 45 min. You can read about this approach more in my “Less Jelqs = More Growth! The ‘TWENTY MINUTE’ Routine”. Don’t under estimate the dry jelq then wet jelq combination.
On days off you’ll retain more gains if you do something like light sets of pumping or 20-50 very light wet jelqs once or twice a day. You’re going to be pretty sore some days from your routines, so keep it light on your off days and only pe to improve blood flow. Cardio and hor baths/showers really help in this area too.
Diet also plays an important role but you don’t need to go to extremes to get bigger. Simply replace about half of your carbs from starches with carbs from fruit and vegetables for better health in general and eat enough fat to keep you full, not make you sick… don’t pig out on pork and pizza every day. You have to remeber adipose fat tissue excretes estrogen so concentrate on losing fat slowly and reall take advantage of the testosterone and HGH you get from working out and proper diet.
You do need to watch what you eat before your PE sessions but nothing you can eat will improve PI like nothing will. Fast for about 2-4 hours drinking only water and minimizing caffeine for better blood flow. You can have about half a cup of coffee, half an energy drink, or a couple 20oz sodas up to two hours before if you need the energy, but don’t go crazy with energy pills or stimulants as these can reduce blood vessels by means of too much adrenaline. Stick with B vitamins and fruit if you can.
When it comes to the whole “Can I still masturbate?” debate, you can but there’s a catch. If you need to come after your session the do it. You’ll feel better after rewarding yourself and keep stress down which will help you relax and grow. The catch is you have to learn how to masturbate without a lot of friction taking your time. Go buy a fleshlight and learn to masturbate with the cap completely off. You could alos try getting off with hypnotism or masturbate close to the point of no return (PONR) and the shake your penis kegeling as hard as you can… this technique takes practice.
