If any of you start thinking about clamping I suggest as everyone else says to take it slow, I should have started with some more manual exercises after jelqing for about a year. I jumped in too fast, which I think may have hindered some gains as well as causing discoloration which I really hate.
I took a little decon recently and I am finding I can use much less force with the clamp and still get good expansion; so just don’ rush into it. Hopefully I can hit my goal of 5.5, I started somewhere around 4.9 and measure now around 5.2.
