Ahhh. Well, my friend, I expect my post may help.

I started at a very extreme size. I was approximately 7 x 4.25. Yes, that’s right, 4.25, not 4.5 or 4.75. I haven’t measured (I don’t do this often as I am not very interested in keeping record) recently, but I suspect that I am at between 5.5 and 6. That might not seem large, but it’s at least 1.25 of girth gained.

I have yet to post my opinions on girth gaining. Unfortunately I can’t start topics, and while moderators here are very kind and I expect would gladly move my thread from the newbie forum, I don’t really want a thread on clamping in that forum for fear of what they might do to themselves.

Anyway, briefly, I advise to use manual stuff until you have thoroughly conditioned and then begin clamping/pumping intelligently. You will screw up your tool if you jump into it too fast (I have had tons of thrombosed veins). But sticking to manual stuff after the first year of diligent work and conditioning seems inefficient to me, given how well pumping/clamping work.

I’m not sure if it’s large. It’s a funny thing really - I had such a thin penis that I never realized it was abnormal until I entered my twenties and began to have relationships with women who slept with multiple men. I am now unsure what is truly normal…it seems most new members are in the 5’s. Either way, my situation was particularly odd because I had about 7 in length starting (USELESS without the girth, by the way).

Man, Im about the same as your starting stats longvehicle, and I definnetly wouldnt say its useless. Im glad that your method (Which I believed to be the correct way to clamp) is working.

Not one for ‘stat’ifying everything but I know when I started I was 5” BEG around after 3 months work and 2 months resting to see if the increase disappeared following exercises (my sceptical nature) I had increased and am currently 6.5” BEG around. This was all hand work.

Tell me more about this hand work you did. What kind of exercises did you do? How long were your workouts? How many days a week do you work out to create that monster?

I started at 5-1/2 now I am just over 6 so yes it does work

I varied everything no regiment of time length and duration. Hand work was a mixture of everything suggested on the forum. But length has only increased by 1/2 inch. I couldn’t stick to timetable if I tried - just fitting in around work, wife, leisure and DIY. If I had to pin point number of days a week I’d say pretty much everyday - sometimes at night whilst my wife slept - sometimes twice a day.

BUT one thing I’ve only done once was hot compresses and most of my work has been dry - early on I did use lubricant and I will still do this occasionally.

I really went into this thinking it wouldn’t do a damn thing and well I’m glad to be wrong. And as I saw the differences it just increased my enthusiasm.

I should have tried following a scientific method for analysis but being the selfish tosser I am I wasn’t thinking about anybody else for a post analysis.

I did use a self-hypnosis audio file which may have given me the impetus to continue rather than it effecting any ‘growth’ I say ‘growth’ because it seems to me more a cell division / replication under stress than growing.

Whilst doing exercises I would make a habit of doing pelvic floor motions and pulling at the deep end whilst pulling externally. But I mashed my cock up and bent him over and bullied the life out of him. Yeah some days he withdraw in a scared fashion but he was always back for more punishment lol.

I can’t really think of anything extra site info that I’ve been doing.

It’s all anecdotal - but then I guess without in dependant verification and a large cross sampling this whole thing is anecdotal. I know it probably doesn’t help a damn bit except it’s changed my attitude to this sites information.

I’ve certainly been pointing other guys in this direction since.

Interesting link sta-kool. I’ve read that thread actually, interesting too. I have never paid much attention to the methodologies of the studies - specifically I wonder what ethnic groups they are using. From my knowledge dating women of different ethnic groups (and nationalities), it seems averages differ quite heavily. There has been a lot of discussion on white/black here, but I don’t mean races - I mean total nationalities (ie Europeans, Arabs, Persians, Indians, Chinese, etc.).

Pillars - long time no see! I meant that my above-average length was useless at that girth, not that my penis was useless in its entirety. It felt like poking the women basically, sometimes bottomed out and yet didn’t fill her up. Terrible feeling.

You know, it sort of seems to be that most of my gains happened when I was in a similar situation, so that PE workouts were somewhat “haphazard”

Most of my work has been wet. The few times I have done dry jelqs I was pretty sore the next day. I guess I did not put two and two together — seems I need to do more dries.

Wow! That could have been written by me! I am always full of good intentions but then forget or go at PE somewhat half hearted. I am sure with more effort and dilligence
I would get even more gains but I am glad to se the less “dedicated2 approach reaping rewards.

Wadzilla, your advice always made sense to me and I am attempting to follow your path. I now do girth work only every other day. I have also added a 20-30 sec squeeze every 10 jelqs like you suggested somewhere and it is fantastic addition to jelqing.
