this thread is awesome, knowing that so many people have gained so much on girth, really motivates me.

I´m 100% focused on girth work since my length is 7.08”, my girl is petite and I bottom her in every position, she has even stated that sometimes it hurts, so for me, length is secondary to girth, as a matter of fact, I think that too much length is pretty useless without the corresponding girth to go along.

I have been training for 6 months and currently sitting on 5.11” MSEG, would like to reach 5.5 on this year, or by the start of February (celebrate the big dick with the gals on carnival on my country :) ).

My current routine goes like this:

5 minutes of heat.
8 minutes of dry jelq.
2 minutes of dry jelq (c grip).
5 30 seconds Uli´s.
10 slinky´s on each direction.
at the end of the last slinky I apply a hard grip at the base and another on below the glans (it remains expanded for around 5minutes or so…)
5 minutes of heat.

What do you guys think of this routine, and would you consider that 5.6 MSEG is attainable by February 2011?.

For me I think clamping was the key. And don’t put it on when you’re erect, do it when you’re pretty soft and let it build.

It has always seemed to me that I made the most gains whenever I incorporated a new technique.

When I started jelqing, I made gains which I then cemented. I added in some clamping and made rapid girth gains which then stalled. When I started some light pumping I made more quick girth gains which stalled. I went back to jelqing more and made some length gains, then threw in some clamping and the girth gains came again, and so on…

If there are any rules that seem to hold true for me it’s they would be:

  • Take at least two weeks to evaluate any new techniques.
  • Once gains stop from a technique slowly phase in a new one and phase out the old one.
  • Length gains will also mean girth gains over the long term.
  • Jelqing is never a bad idea.
  • Don’t measure too often. The most gains occur when you stop measuring.
  • Gains must be coaxed, not forced.
  • If it starts to feel really good — back off on the intensity or risk injury.
  • Consistent work makes for consistent gains.
  • The expansion you get during a workout is a sign of things to come, both in size and quality.
  • A good flaccid hang means gains are coming.
  • Strong morning erections mean gains are coming.
  • Do as little as possible to make gains. If it’s working, don’t change it.

Well erect clamping doesn’t make sense. It’s too tough to deform. Put it on at 40%, let it build pressure in the limp state, makes total sense to me.

If you’re doing this whilst edging or watching porn. Or even if you’re not and just clamp your semi erect dick, the pressure will increase to a point where you will get rock hard within a few minutes.

If it doesn’t get hard then I don’t see where the pressure is coming from. You may as well just wear a loose cock ring in a flaccid state for a slightly larger flaccid if it’s possible to gain that way.

I prefer putting a clamp on 100% erect penis (like drilla9), otherwise I don’t get nearly as much expansion.

I don’t clamp right now, but I used to clamp lightly because I don’t want discoloration. I put the clamp on 100% erect penis, clamp as tightly as possible (within comfort zone) and then release 2 clicks. If I recall correctly, I could get around 0.3” of expansion, maybe a bit less or even a bit more.

When I was putting on the clamp at 100% erection, I found that I was getting discoloration with 4 clicks remaining. Now that I am clamping with a semi and letting it build, the “4 clicks remaining” isn’t causing discoloration. I’ve also limited my sets to 5 minutes. That could have something to do with it.

UM1991 and ironaddict69: can you guys give me a % guesstimate of how hard you are going in to the clamp? 50% 60% 70%?

I had tried the full erection clamping and it was really not for me. Felt bad, bad PI’s. But might want to give this lower erection thing a try.

I’ve gone into the clamp as low as 30% I’d say. I try and go in around 50%. I typically get about a quarter of an inch to a little over a quarter of expansion. As a side note, I would be cautious at first. I’m not sure if its because I entered the clamp limp, and let the pressure build up, or it was the use of a new wrap, but either way, my unit was not ready for the amount of pressure (even though I clamped in the past) and I got some pretty nasty looking red dots under the coronal ridge. They went away after a day but they weren’t pretty.
