Uli Mod
1. Take your left hand and clamp off the bottom as close to your fat pad as possible.
2. Kegel.
3. Take your right hand in an ok grip and clamp off right on top of the left.
4. Kegel.
5. Then move both grips up your shaft about an inch.
6. Hold it for a second or two and come back down with both.
7. Release your right hand.
Repeat 2-7
Do not release your left hand the entire time. You can switch the order of the hands just keep the bottom clamped.
These are more intense than a regular ULI which is pretty much the same but I bring my single hand halfway up my shaft and never release it.
I couldn’t find the Sadsak description but basically its like this:
1. kegel blood in to at least an 80% erection
2. With a reverse Ok grip placed right on your fat pad close your forefinger and thumb tight enough to see some expansion through the shaft.
3. wrap your middle finger around your shaft again squeezing so you see the rest get larger
4. Wrap your ring finger around etc.
5. Wrap the pinky around etc.
6. Hold for a second and give a good full squeeze
7. release
8. repeat
I do another variation with my other hand permanently clamping the bottom which makes it a bit more intense. most of your fingers won’t reach around but just squeeze with them you will get what I am saying the head gets as big as you have ever seen it.
Another thing I started doing is possibly a new exercise I think of it as a double Uli.
One hand at the base, pump some blood in do like a few little Ulis to get more blood in.
Second hand mid shaft, as you kegel release this hand and re grip.

Close second hand
Kegel
Slowly force both hands towards the head (as you would with a Uli)
Hold for a second or two, the whole stroke took about 3-5 seconds I think.
Repeat.
Might not directly target just the top but felt good and I plan to use them for a while as an equal part in my girth routine. I have had to take a break for a few weeks but bright and early I am getting back on intense PE and plan to do 30 every squeeze session and 10-20 any mixed girth session(clamping and squeezes).
There have been so many times when I’m active on here that I miss posts just because of how many threads I’m participating in so I understand the feeling haha.
