The first suggestion I will make here is the biggest and hardest pill to swallow, but tough love here guy so listen up. You’ve pretty much asked for no nonsense routine, so I’ll spare you the philosophical lectures and just tell you how it is, or at least what has worked for me. I usually agree with Slack and WestLA on about everything, but not on this. Maybe in the newbie rountines and with manual workouts ejaculation does not effect gains, but you may have to learn to control your ejaculations a little better if you want to get anywhere with aggressive girth exercises. With hanging it doesn’t matter, in fact you need a limp dick to hang. I know there is a lot to be said for spontaneity in sex, but try to save most of your wet ejaculations for Hang days. However, and I don’t care what you’ve heard to the contrary, with girth routines holding off on excessive ejaculations makes all the difference in the world. There has been a lot of speculation on the forum about this, but I’m telling you, you will never gain much girth unless you learn to hold back. I’m not saying don’t fuck. Never turn down pussy for PE, masturbation, yes, pussy never. Man nobody fucks more than I do, but I have learned to edge and I love it, better yet, THEY love it. This method is a little frustrating at first, but once you learn how to do it, it not only gives you girth, but it also makes sex better than you can imagine. Your erections will be harder, last longer your recovery time will be literally non existent but most importantly you will be able to sustain quality erections long enough to get some good girth work in. But, you don’t have to go without pussy, you just have to learn how and condition you PC muscle to allow you to get right up to that point of no return and not go over the edge. Once you trained yourself to edge properly you can literally stay in the saddle for hours like this, that is if you have the physical stamina to do so, and it will literally drive you woman up the wall with pleasure, because as we all know the longer you are pounding her, the more time SHE will have to come over and over. But YOU should only have ejaculations on the days you are not working girth or at least on your most aggressive girth days, or simply take the liquid C. Secondly: You can do pretty good Stealth PE on girth work and ADS, but for hanging you will simply need some privacy, or better yet let her know what you are doing. Bringing your girlfriend in on PE will give you twice as much time for it. Have fun with it; incorporate PE with sexplay, especially with pumping and clamping. Women love this shit.
However, if you have to practice Stealth PE, focus all you energy into hiding length work. Girth work is easier to hide. If you can manage find a believable excuse for locking yourself in a room a couple hours a day for hanging, the rest can be done in complete stealth. Best one hour morning and one in the evening, but you need to get at least two hours of hanging moderate to heavy weights in at least five days a week, or as much as possible. What to buy:
When you go to Home Depot, get all the stuff for the Wench, also get a shit load of medium sized CableClamps, you can never have too many of these things; they break they wear out; they’re cheap so buy a lot if you can find them.

Buy an egg timer, they cost three bucks, or download the desktop timer, but get one. This is very important to all aspects of Aggressive PE especially hanging and clamping. Get a neoprene Velcro wrist wrap. I don’t think you can get the Mag-wrap anymore, but there are several other wraps that will work, even if you have to trim them for width. The new wrist wrap that only goes around your wrist once won’t work. You need the one that you wrap. I think Muller or ACE makes an elbow pad that works, and Muller makes a knee wrap that will work with the big clamp if you girth is over 6” but you have to remove the patella support. If all else fails find a rectangular or oval shaped mouse pad and cut a one inch wide strip as long as possible. Ace bandages and baby socks will work under the clamps, but I don’t advise them because they chaff. I know that sounds wimpy, but we’re talking tender skin here that will hinder your workouts if you get skin soreness. And most importantly, I highly suggest the lead weights for your ADS for hanging. The wrap is better than nothing, but the weights work much better. Even if you only get one, get it and wear it all the time. You should never NEVER let you dick turtle back inside the body to heal. Do whatever it takes but keep it extended at all times, especially once you start hanging, or working aggressive PE.
