I'm close to giving up...

Guys im so close to giving up this whole pe thing… What I have gained has been so minimal for the time and effort I have put in. Maybe at max I have gained .10 inches in a couple years time. Thats the MAX btw… and im probably exagerating it. I have messed around with routines and clamping blah blah blah and I havent really gained crap. To top it off I think my penis has infact stopped growing and gone down to its original size. Im now 18.5 cm long (BPEL) and 5.5 inches girth. I want to get up to 9 inches bpel and 6.5 girth in the future but at this rate it will take me until im 70. Can somone recommend a good routine to mix things up? I have tried working the penis really hard, and really soft. I just recently came back from only doing 100 jelqs for 2 weeks straight and saw nothing… Not even 1 mm. Somone help a super hard gainer.

No hanging yet. No devices used except for a clamp and an ir lamp at one point. I dont really want to hang because im doing stealth PE. I dont want my roomate to find out about any of my PE stuff. I had to get rid of the IR lamp cuz he got curious at one point. Any ideas on just a routine?

I hope I don’t get my balls racked for saying this, but if you have lost faith then there really isn’t no need to carry on. Take a PE vacation, forget about this shit a while, then in time reflect and try mixing things up to see what will work.

Chief: You had a pretty big dick to start with. A lot of guys here would kill for a 7-1/2 X 5-1/2. So cheer up, and when you do get back to work. I know it is tough being a hard gainer. I’ve struggled with this shit going on three years, now. I believe there may be a limit for every man as Far as erect length goes, but I honestly think you can make your dick as fat as you want to if you just put the time in.

Some people gain with ease. Most people have to work at it some. But some guys have a very, very difficult time gaining, either length, girth, or both.

If you fall into the “hard-gainer” camp, you’re going to have to go for the hardcore exercises. For length, this is hanging. There is simply no replacement for it. You could try hanging for one or two or three or so hours a day, and then use a good ADS (like the AutoEXT) the rest of the day. But unless you stretch your penis all day long, you’re not going to gain any length.

For girth, you need to work your way up to an intense (but safe!) clamping routine, and/or you need to pump. Pumping and clamping are the best exercises for girth. But with each, you have to follow a good routine.

Jelqing and tugging on your dick a bit probably isn’t going to help you, if it hasn’t already.

I can appreciate the privacy difficulties. But necessity is the mother of creative solutions!

Bah! I cant quit… I cant! I just need a routine that works for me. I need to mix it up more than I have been doing. (2) Wear an ADS when you are not hanging—again, as much as you can!

II. FOR GIRTH:

(1) Clamp—follow Big Girtha’s recommendations! Work up to a very regular and rigorous routine!

(2) Pump—follow Avocet’s recommendations! Work up to a very regular and rigorous routine!

III. FOR THE ROOMMATE PROBLEM:

(1) Do the above anyway! If he finds out, tell him to suck your 8 x 6 cock!

You’ve got to do the hardcore exercises, and you have to do them regularly and rigorously!

Ok I guess the hanging is a must for length. I will go to home depot tomarrow and get the stuff to make the captains wench. As far as an ADS goes, I remember reading somewhere you can do it with a simple thera wrap. Is this true? If it is it seems like the most simple and effective ADS. Any links to it or any other simple ADS?

I would say 8 out of 10 people quit some get a little gain some get none but when they realize that PE is a lot of work they quit. The successful PE’er is the guy that has been around for years and while he may irk out his gains in tiny dick hair sized fractions when all is said and done he usually has a big dick.

100 jelqs for 2 weeks, did you really expect to gain anything in 2 weeks???

I think your problem is not that you’re a “super hard gainer”, its in fact (in my opinion) it seems you haven’t stuck to a routine for long enough.

So you’ve tried “messing around with clamping” etc.

Well I have followed PA routine for awhile and saw jack shit. I tried just doing 300 wet jelqs for a couple months and saw nothing. I tried jelqing then using the clamp and saw nothing. I donno just seems in my head that I have tried everything. Maybe its cuz I ejaculate too much? I work with my gf and we usually have sex 4-5 a day I shit you not. Im usually drained by the end of the day but I can still manage a PE workout. My erections arent what they used to be and my gf actually brought it up the other day.

Whats the PA routine?

Ejaculation wont effect gains. I’ve also been shooting 3-6 times daily, I still gain.

Do you stretch at all? If not, WHY NOT??

Seems to me you’ve been doing things for a “couple of months” then giving up when seeing no gains, and changing it.

Start again, do the newbie routine, and stick to it for at least 3 months, see how it goes. A positive mindset always helps :)

Agressive PE

With all that follows I assume your dick has toughened up enough for an aggressive workout, if not stay with manual exercises till it does or the only thing you will gain is a sore dick and more frustration.

The first suggestion I will make here is the biggest and hardest pill to swallow, but tough love here guy so listen up. You’ve pretty much asked for no nonsense routine, so I’ll spare you the philosophical lectures and just tell you how it is, or at least what has worked for me. I usually agree with Slack and WestLA on about everything, but not on this. Maybe in the newbie rountines and with manual workouts ejaculation does not effect gains, but you may have to learn to control your ejaculations a little better if you want to get anywhere with aggressive girth exercises. With hanging it doesn’t matter, in fact you need a limp dick to hang. I know there is a lot to be said for spontaneity in sex, but try to save most of your wet ejaculations for Hang days. However, and I don’t care what you’ve heard to the contrary, with girth routines holding off on excessive ejaculations makes all the difference in the world. There has been a lot of speculation on the forum about this, but I’m telling you, you will never gain much girth unless you learn to hold back. I’m not saying don’t fuck. Never turn down pussy for PE, masturbation, yes, pussy never. Man nobody fucks more than I do, but I have learned to edge and I love it, better yet, THEY love it. This method is a little frustrating at first, but once you learn how to do it, it not only gives you girth, but it also makes sex better than you can imagine. Your erections will be harder, last longer your recovery time will be literally non existent but most importantly you will be able to sustain quality erections long enough to get some good girth work in. But, you don’t have to go without pussy, you just have to learn how and condition you PC muscle to allow you to get right up to that point of no return and not go over the edge. Once you trained yourself to edge properly you can literally stay in the saddle for hours like this, that is if you have the physical stamina to do so, and it will literally drive you woman up the wall with pleasure, because as we all know the longer you are pounding her, the more time SHE will have to come over and over. But YOU should only have ejaculations on the days you are not working girth or at least on your most aggressive girth days, or simply take the liquid C. However, if you are fucking 4 and 5 times a day, you should have no problems with this. Search Edging

Secondly: You can do pretty good Stealth PE on girth work and ADS, but for hanging you will simply need some privacy, or better yet let her know what you are doing. Bringing your girlfriend in on PE will give you twice as much time for it. Have fun with it; incorporate PE with sexplay, especially with pumping and clamping. Women love this shit.

However, if you have to practice Stealth PE, focus all you energy into hiding length work. Girth work is easier to hide. If you can manage find a believable excuse for locking yourself in a room a couple hours a day for hanging, the rest can be done in complete stealth. Best one hour morning and one in the evening, but you need to get at least two hours of hanging moderate to heavy weights in at least five days a week, or as much as possible. What to buy:
When you go to Home Depot, get all the stuff for the Wench, also get a shit load of medium sized CableClamps, you can never have too many of these things; they break they wear out; they’re cheap so buy a lot if you can find them.

At Wallmarts:
Buy an egg timer, they cost three bucks, or download the desktop timer, but get one. This is very important to all aspects of Aggressive PE especially hanging and clamping. Get a neoprene Velcro wrist wrap. I don’t think you can get the Mag-wrap anymore, but there are several other wraps that will work, even if you have to trim them for width. The new wrist wrap that only goes around your wrist once won’t work. You need the one that you wrap. I think Muller or ACE makes an elbow pad that works, and Muller makes a knee wrap that will work with the big clamp if you girth is over 6” but you have to remove the patella support. If all else fails find a rectangular or oval shaped mouse pad and cut a one inch wide strip as long as possible. Ace bandages and baby socks will work under the clamps, but I don’t advise them because they chaff. I know that sounds wimpy, but we’re talking tender skin here that will hinder your workouts if you get skin soreness. And most importantly, I highly suggest the lead weights for your ADS for hanging. The wrap is better than nothing, but the weights work much better. Even if you only get one, get it and wear it all the time. You should never NEVER let you dick turtle back inside the body to heal. Do whatever it takes but keep it extended at all times, especially once you start hanging, or working aggressive PE.
